    Hyatt Hotel Denver Airport

    We used Hyatt because we were re-routed from anther flight coming from Cabo San Lucas. We put in for a King bed but they only honored us two double beds. It was same price but included a hot breakfast. It all worked out. It was 15 minutes ride to hotel and had a shuttle that that was free by them to go from hotel to airport. Coming and going.

    Comfortable Stay, Good Location, Nice Airport Shuttle. Friendly Staff.

    Hotel is not the newest - but the rooms were large and clean and offered what we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was greatly appreciated as well. On my checkout day - the lobby offered a comfortable and quiet place for me to work for a few hours before my flight. Would recommend.

    Exceeded expectations

    I travel quite a bit and usually stay at the airport hotels, which is always a gamble. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Everyone had a smile on their faces making me feel welcome. A hotel could use a bit of refreshing, but it was very clean and pleasant. Room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely will be coming back during my frequent business trips to Denver!

    Unreliable shuttle from the airport

    Our flight was canceled so we booked this hotel. It seemed convenient as they offered a free shuttle from the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. The shuttle driver left us twice! They just drove away as we approached the shuttle. We saw other hotel shuttles waiting and helping guests, but this was not the case with this shuttle. We had to wait in the cold with our medically fragile toddler. We called the hotel and were immediately put on hold for over 20 minutes, tried calling a few more times and didn’t pick up. We waited for another hour and the shuttle never came back. We had to book another hotel. Don’t book this hotel if you want to get to the hotel quickly after your flight.

    Clean hotel and great guest services

    The place was clean and the check in agent was very helpful and patient. Their computer system was having issues and there were several guests that were upset at having to wait. Lalo, the guest services agent on shift alone handled it with poise and grace. I think this man deserves a raise.
