This was the best customer service I’ve ever gotten staying at any Hyatt hotel. Me and my family were flying in from Texas and I got a text from the manager Ms Verenice the morning before arrival saying I got a complimentary room upgrade and was helpful with all questions/requests. Upon arrival to the hotel we were greeted well, the staff took the time to make us feel extra welcome and even gave my kids balloons and Mickey ears. When we got to the room there was some welcome gifts inside as well as a personalized card from Ms. Verenice. The room was clean as expected, and everyday we were in the lobby we were greeted and felt very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Disneyland shuttles which was a great perk that we utilized. I would highly recommend this hotel to any families looking to stay close to Disneyland and/or have Hyatt points to use for free nights for a discounted Disney trip. Thank you Ms. Verenice for taking the extra step in ensuring our family got the greatest experience possible! We will definitely be returning next time.

Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing experience staying at the Hyatt Place for our cheer team’s nationals trip! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to Verenice for being so amazing. We appreciated her being so helpful, friendly, and kind to our athletes. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center.

Nice and Easy
Everything was perfect! The breakfast was good and the rooms were big enough for our family. We went to Disneyland every day. It was close to both the Anaheim transit stop and the Toy Story Parking shuttle. But most of the time we just walked to the park.

Staff went above and beyond
We had stayed at the other Hyatt hotel by Disneyland before but never this one. What made our experience was one of the employees. Verenice was able to make our experience special. We have 3 small boys and we got an upgrade to a bunkbed family room for the boys. She had 3 special gift bags with Mickey ears in them waiting in the room when we got there. I have been a Marriott loyalist for over a decade and have recently starting trying out Hyatt status. When I travel with my family is really when I want the Hyatt benefits and Verenice made that happen. Also, we walked with strollers everyday and the walk wasn’t too bad. The hotel was very clean.

Disneyland delight
Great location near Disneyland. It’s a short walk but it’s safe as there are so many tourists there and you’re never alone. The hotel is very clean, proper, nicely maintained. The decor is perfect. The underground parking garage was an unexpected treat and convenience. We will stay there again in the near future.
