My hotel of choice in Nashville

Great place to stay. A very well priced, nice clean hotel, where the staff is very accommodating and friendly. This is my hotel of choice in downtown Nashville because of its location to many of the main attractions. Ask for Gabriel at the bar. Top notch bartender.

    Great stay

The room was huge and had a kitchenette too.We had a lovely huge shower, and the breakfast was wonderful daily. The pool was great too ! Location is good but its a bit of a hill to get from broadway up to the hotel. I also wouldnt walk that area at night alone. You have to ask to have your room put onto cleaning detail or it doesnt get done. Other than that our stay was amazing.

    Special needs parents be ware

As a special needs Mom with a son who is in and out of Tri Star and Vanderbilt, we are in town OFTEN to say the least. This was the first time we chose to stay at this hotel instead of our regulars near the children's hospitals. The hotel it's self is clean. The beds are very comfortable though the pillows leave alot to be desired. You will pay 45 a day for parking though they make the parking very convenient and easy to avoid the weather and run out to your car if need be. The hotel locks after 10pm and for safety reasons I do appreciate you can only access it after those hours with your room key. What was the largest disappointment was the staff. From the rudeness at check in, to how stuffy our room was. Our phone was broke so we had to go out into the hall way to get any help from down stairs and there was no help. He told me I was the problem the room was stuffy and looked at me like I had horns for asking for a boxed fan. I had an important conversation that evening that was held in the lounge area. Between the young man who was goofing off with his friend and the young lady who would randomly start singing very loudly it was very distracting. The next night, the same women was on her phone watching tv not facing the desk. She jumped out of her skin and acted like I somehow was the problem because she did not see me there when I needed more pillows after my sons procedure. The only staff that was downstairs who was kind, helpful and professional was TY. When we had to extend our stay due to complications from our son, he made sure our keys were reactivated and we had everything we needed. He was always watching the front desk and never was unkind one time. In a pinch or if you are in town to party, it's not bad. But I can't say we will ever stay again when we are in town for our son's health. Special needs parent be aware. There is incredible noise level.

    Perfect for hosting business meeting

Perfect place to have a corporate meeting for a few days. Walking distance from the heart of Nashville makes it the perfect place to meet and entertain. Friendly staff. Great service. Made the experience top notch. We will be back again. Marshall was a great host and helped with his staff to take care of every need. The food was great and full service bar in the evening was just what we needed for entertaining. The rooms were great. Evening was clean and up to date.

    Great Hotel

The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location- close enough to walk to Broadway, and just far enough away to not be in the middle of all the foot traffic. We’d definitely stay here again.
