    Amazing Stay at the Hyatt - would absolutely stay again!

    The room was very clean and had the best view of Honolulu. The staff automatically gave me late checkout and even extended it a bit when we got back late from our morning hike and needed extra time to pack and shower. They are very friendly and really spread the Aloha spirit!

    Centrally located Hyatt hotel.

    Great hotel location that in the middle of Waikiki. Solid rooms suites. Opted for the king suite and had a nice view of the ocean. Provided pack n play crib upon request. Convenient and really nicely done hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

    Great stay

    We loved the stay at this place. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Concierge is very helpful and hotel is slightly smaller than some other hotels and we preferred that. We loved the Toto ashley/ toilet. The place is very close to market place and great restaurants. It was. very convenient because there are lots stuffs close by. The only major drawback is they don’t have a real adult pool and it would have been nice to have bar adjacent to it.

    Globalist experience - 5 night stay

    Booked with points and used a suite upgrade award as I heard the property is very stingy with complimentary upgrades The valet parking is comped for globalists on award stays which is a huge plus as it seems very stressful to park in the garage Other than that, no real benefits for globalists to stay at this property vs the regency as this property does not serve breakfast or have a club lounge

    Cozy, luxurious, convenient - WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

    Hyatt Centric was a very welcome surprise in the midst of the Waikiki hustle and bustle. While extremely centrally located, Hyatt Centric also felt like a retreat from the busyness of the surrounding area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we were greeted by every single staff member we encountered. The property itself is lovely - well designed, clean, and spacious.
