    Fantastic hotel

    Fantastic hotel. The atmosphere is fantastic, the game room and outdoor area are cool, I didn't get to use them as much as planned due to the amount I did in the city l. The rooms are nice and comfortable. This is perfect for families, group trips, or solo travel like I did.

    Stuck in the elevator

    We know the area very well so we chose this hotel due to its excellent location. Many options around for shopping ( mainly souvenirs) and restaurants. The room was large even if the decor is not the same as on the website. The reason why I give such a low rating is because we got stuck in the elevator. We called the button inside the elevator and it was answered by some maintenance for the elevator so I asked them to contact the hotel to inform they had guests stuck in elevator 1. I then had to call the hotel as nothing happened and it was starting to get hot inside and we were not amused. Finally someone came and yelled; anybody in there and we banged on the door and they finally opened and we got out. All we got was sorry and the elevator was out is service for nearly 2 days after that. Even though this can happen I was very disappointed that nobody from the hotel asked if we were ok. Absolutely nothing. I got a survey email from the hotel and even after my feedback there, nothing either, no reply. I would obviously not come back and do to this cannot recommend this hotel, unfortunately. I rol

    Georgeous

    Very good hôtel spécialy Prince. Very professionnal, very human and peaceful and he gives very good advices for customers. Also for Cell. The chinese woman who clean the room is also very professionnal and kind. The room is very good and clean.

    Great stay

    Awesome hotel with the great location and friendly staff. Cell at the front desk welcomed us and ensured that we have a great stay! The hotel had great play area for kids and adults with pool, ping-ping and fire pits and close proximity to good restaurants

    Mouse in the house

    Not a pleasant stay first night thought I seen a mouse wasn’t because it was late and I had been traveling all day and wasn’t sure if I was tired and seen a shadow or something running across my floor…. what I seen in the morning confirmed my suspicions had a mouse in my room… I got out of that room immediately never again
