Exceptional
Our stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived at the airport to the seamless check-out process, every detail was handled flawlessly. We stayed in the Junior Suite at the Adult Spa, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The entire staff was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was consistently clean and well-serviced, adding to the comfort and relaxation. A special shoutout to our amazing butlers, Rebeca Arvizu and Carolina Gonzalez, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were not only attentive and professional but also invaluable in assisting with excursions and reservations. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. Additionally, the private transportation to and from the hotel made our journey stress-free. Hotel Xcaret Mexico is far beyond the typical all-inclusive resort—its attention to detail, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities make it a destination worth every moment. Highly recommend! Phenomenal
It was super fun and the staff makes you feel so special and comfortable I recommend 100% this is something you should experience at least once in your lifetime although I guarantee that you will absolutely fall in love with this place that you’ll want to visit at least once a year

A blast!
We had a blast at the resort! We loved kayaking and the food. Xin-gao was delicious. Xenotes was our favorite tour by far! The resort is huge that we feel we didn’t get a chance to do everything. Sebastian at the pool bar was amazing and made our pool time lots of fun! We will come back!
