The butler service was great! Betty went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Jimena was great as well. It is a very relaxing and wonderful place to stay! The Only downfall is the bars close to early in the day (in my opinion).

Fabulous place with extraordinary service.
This is the most exquisite all-inclusive resort property at which I’ve stayed to date. Even though there are 3 large hotels in proximity to one another, our experience felt intimate and never like we had to cross an ocean of concrete. We stayed in the adult-only section of Hotel Xcaret México - Casa Fuego (highly recommend the river view rooms which include beatiful foliage and waterfall views). The Casa Feugo restaurant was extraordinary in all respects: food, presentation, waitstaff, view. Finally, our stay would not have been the same without the fabulous and very hard-working butler service: in particular, Mauricio Cupul, Adriana Garrido & Iván Meléndez. They really were the icing on the cake!

A week in heaven!
Hotel Xcaret is a beautiful resort with great food and endless activities. The rooms are beautifully decorated with high quality betting and modern Mexican artwork. The staff is what makes this beautiful resort top level (other than checking in and out which definitely needs work). Our amazing Butlers were top notch and really made our stay wonderful. Rolando, Magaly and Erindira made our stay stress free and over the top enjoyable. They joyfully took care of all of our needs, even needs that we didn’t know that we wanted. Highly recommend a visit to Ha which was one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. While Ha was not our first Michelin star restaurant it was definitely the best. Thanks Hotel Xcaret for our great week, we can’t wait to return.

Awesome resort
Just got back from a weeklong extended family trip to Xcaret. Had an amazing time. Have been to a few high end resorts in Caribbean and this is one of the nicest. Beautiful setting, friendly service, great food (especially the main buffet and the vegan Bio). Went on a couple of excursions which were well organized. Nice that resort is walkable - no need to take a tram like some other places. Only minor quibbles: (1) farther from Cancun airport than some other resorts; (2) spa was beautiful but there was a mixup over the services we requested. Still would go back in a heartbeat.
