The one hotel I go out of my way for
I have no stayed here four times, and each time the room and facilities have made me realize this is like a home away from home! I’m moving to Denver, and can’t wait to spend some off time back up here at this hotel. Rooms are comfy, parking is free, and the people treat you like a million bucks! Also a big benefit to be an IHG brand for those of us who are Diamond Elite members, but even if you’re not, you’ll love it!

Awful General & Assistant Managers
I should have rebooked after reading other reviews from recent stays. Have stayed at this location previously over the past several years, and it was always outstanding - front desk was always helpful & kind (not any longer). Housekeeping is beyond phenomenal. The new general manger, Vicky Perez, is awful and says really disturbing things to guests - today, she accused my 2 adult daughters of showering together and flooding the floor. Bizarre!!!! Katherine, assistant manager, targets disabled customers and bullies them until they leave property. Uneven floor surface over by the elevators caused my daughter to fall and sustain a head injury last October. The hotel is refusing to acknowledge an uneven floor surface is dangerous. Please be careful. Homeless hang out in the parking garage. This is what caused us to walk into hotel faster than we would have last October and contributed to the fall with an uneven floor surface. Stay at a hotel where mutual respect is a must and is given to everyone - you won’t find mutual respect at Hotel Indigo Silverthorne (employees look miserable under new management). Roll in showers have seats that are slanted and the floor gets water everywhere. You’ll get the blame for poor design of showers and/or their uneven floor surfaces.

Everything was great!
The rooms were clean, the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash were quite nice, and the bath robes were lovely. The rooms are spacious and the staff was friendly and helped with any problems we encountered. They were a little stingy with the towels sometimes but if that’s my biggest problem then I’m happy. Even the bathrooms in the lobby were clean. Would absolutely stay here again. And there’s lots of restaurants in walking distance. We could have used more light in the main area of the bedroom though it is a little dark.

Wish I could give more stars
Hotel Indigo Silverthorne, a newly opened gem, delivers an exceptional experience. The spacious rooms are both tasteful and artful, and the lobby, bar, and amenities are first-rate. The friendly and attentive staff contribute significantly to the stay, while the breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains adds a spectacular touch. Everything is immaculate, and the thoughtful extras make a noticeable difference. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Such a Treat
Very best boutique hotel in Silverthorne- huge bath sheet towels/very soft; lovely bed and linens, bring your own TP- a bit tough for my tush’s comfort zone. Sip great margs on the patio! Ask is Isaac can be your server!!!! Attentive, engaging and fun, as well as efficient server. Great 2 nights. Thanks for relief from Denver heat.
