Variety of machines and Ivy was absolutely wonderful. Some people were winning. The bands were good. However, needs a good cleaning, new carpet and overall update. In a world of technology, need more ways to charge items. Jazmin at registration needs to put a smile on her face and try to help the customers.

Checked in on October 12,2024. Reserved premium king room for 3 days. Got there between 445-515. Lie number 1 during check-in was my reserved room was not available. Lie number 2 all the premium king rooms was gone. Would have canceled on the spot but didnt know if we could get a room elsewhere . We had driven 5 hrs so didn't have a choice but to take a premium double room I believe is for pets because I have sensitive pet allergies and my allergies triggered all night. Had a bad feeling about reserving as soon as I did it but I didn't go with my first instinct. So disappointed. I knew being diamond plus doesn't matter but I thought at least tell me the truth about my room being taken away for certain other people. Simple as that. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The room is great. I have had excellent experience with the slots and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice so far. We are staying for four nights and will update as we go but so far has been a wonderful experience. I am pleased with the experience so far.

A fabulous casino resort experience!
This is a really great casino resort and hotel. The staff were so accommodating and thoughtful of my pleasure and satisfaction. We were given a beautiful room that was wonderfully appointed, clean and comfortable. The food was fabulous and the gaming was exciting and so much fun!

Great place to stay when you are in the area!
I am enjoying my stay at the Horseshoe Casino Resorts. The rooms are clean and welcoming. First night I stayed in the standard any then moved to the premium room, which I originally booked for. The hotel front desk staff are so amazing! Thanks for all that you do and your friendliness, as well as for your dedication to make my stay wonderful!
