    We Played Horeshoe and Didn’t Strike Gold!

    We stayed at this beautifully decorated hotel. There wasn't much around for miles except maybe 2 other casinoes but we still had a fabulous time. The hotel staff was friendly. Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV wasn't a smart/HDTV. The picture quality wasn't the best. Even so, I would still recommend this hotel to others.

    Perfect Stay

    The beds are comfortable and the premium rooms are worth every penny. I love the extra space, the couch, chair, and the size of the bathroom. I stay here everytime I come to Tunica and Horseshoe Casino Hotel has never given me a bad experience. In the future I will always stay here.

    The worst casino I’ve ever been too dirty bathroom was nasty sheets and blankets nasty room air didn’t work burned up

    The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in rooms were nasty bedding was dirty no ac fan didn’t work I do not recommend this place to anyone

    NEVER again

    This property has turned into a really crappy place! Our entire floor had horrible odor! Room felt dingy and uncomfortable and frankly we felt very unsafe in the room. On top of property being nasty there is NO room service, NO housekeeping, NO valet, NO bell hop. If that not enough the casino cheats! My last time to Tunica! Ceasars has turned into the Carnival cruise line of casinos! Horrible experience!

    Throw Bed away

    The room was large and clean. But the bed in room 524 need to be thrown in the trash. The bed had a very bad dip in the middle of it. No matter how we tried to move to the edge to get comfortable my husband and I sunk right into the middle of it. The TV's are also very old and small. They are in need of some updates really bad.
