    Above Average Experience

    Been coming here from STL for the WSOP poker tournament series for years now. It’s no secret that this property has become dated over the years, along with the rest of the casinos in Tunica. However, I have noticed the staff making efforts to make sure guests enjoy themselves. Everyone has been very friendly, housekeeping has been quite accommodating, prices are super reasonable compared to Vegas, and free liquor while you gamble. I also enjoy the live music every weekend. Tunica is what it is nowadays. It’s not the Bellagio or The Wynn obviously. But I do enjoy myself here and everyone is very friendly.

    Don’t stay here!

    Absolutely nasty, dark and dirty and shabby. One rickety lamp in the room. Doors were so banged up and peeling paint. Outside corridor walls had questionable markings on them. Carpeting ripped up. I would have walked right out of that place if it was not for the weather. Will never return here again.

    Great service

    The staff have been incredibly kind and thoughtful. Traveling as a disabled person can be difficult at the best of times but I had not a single negative encounter with any staff there. We have felt well cared for. We stayed in a suit that was nice and had all the amenities we could have wished for except a microwave

    Best Kept Secret Among Tunica Casino Hotels

    The most cozy and beautiful hotel room I have stayed in with all necessities. We were treated like royalty upon checking in and the security staff made us feel so secure. We had soooo much fun on the slot machines and we can't wait to come back to Horseshoe Casino and Hotel Tunica again.
