    Don't stay in Versailles Tower

Don't stay at the Versailles tower. It's a slightly rewarmed ballys. Drink service is terrible, and you have to walk forever if you want to hang out at Paris. Guy Fieri's was terrible AND expensive. The dealers were nice, but I didn't feel like we were on the strip (except for how expensive everything was).

Decent hotel and good location. Could do with some updates

Good hotel in Vegas with a great location. We stayed for a week over F1 and Black Friday. We had a double Queen room with a view of the high roller. The room was alright. A little dated in places and needed some TLC. Nothing to complain about just would have been nice to have it not so run down. Cleaning was the only issue with the floors clearly not being hoovered in the week we were there for some reason. If they had been then the hoovers need replacing as the carpets were very dusty. Price wise the rooms are reasonably priced and we had 3 of the 10 nights comped. Biggest gripe is the $50 a night resort fee. I am not diamond status so have to pay it. Apart from that the casino has a good selection of games, the hotel itself has some nice restaurants and the biggest plus is the location on the strip. Will be staying here again in November for future F1 events

    Great Stay

This is our second stay at the Horseshoe and both were great experiences. The rooms are VERY spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was also very spacious. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel is situated nicely near the the end of the strip at the intersection of Flamingo Rd and Linq Ln. Our room had a great view of the Sphere which was fun. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it.

Extremely Disappointing Check-In Experience – Horseshoe Las Vegas

I am beyond frustrated with my recent check-in experience at Horseshoe Las Vegas, and after this, I have no desire to return. Upon arrival on 02/15/2025, the receptionist greeted me with an already irritated expression and tone. She barely acknowledged me before bluntly demanding my ID. Without any explanation or effort to assist, she coldly stated that there were no available rooms except for a one-bedroom with a rollout bed—which was completely unacceptable for me due to my back condition. When I firmly told her that I needed a two-bed room as reserved, she didn’t say a word, just walked away from her station, leaving me standing there for several minutes. Eventually, a manager with red hair approached and, with the same dismissive attitude, repeated that the only option was the one-bed with a rollout. When I explained my medical condition and the fact that I reserved a two-bed room, she coldly stated that a reservation does not guarantee the room type—only that a room would be available. Then she outright admitted that the hotel overbooks to maximize profits and that my only options were to either accept the room or take a refund and leave—at nearly midnight when finding another hotel would be almost impossible without paying for an extra night. I was shocked at the lack of empathy and professionalism. This is beyond unethical. Frustrated, I stepped away to discuss with my party and, with no other option, decided to stay. However, when I returned to check in, I was helped by a different staff member—a gentleman who actually understood customer service. Unlike the previous two employees, he immediately acknowledged the issue, apologized for the inconvenience, and without hesitation, offered me an upgrade. The check-in process with him took less than four minutes. This proves that the first two employees intentionally made my experience more difficult. While I appreciate the upgrade and the one employee who did his job correctly, this experience was unacceptable. No guest should ever be treated this way, especially when dealing with a valid medical issue. The incompetence and lack of care from the first two employees were appalling, and I strongly urge Caesars Rewards to take this complaint seriously.

Great location and good value for a strip hotel

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in February. We had downloaded the Ceasers app and requested an early checkin and late checkout. Upon arrival, we queued in the line and the clerk took care of us almost immediately. On top of getting us in our room before noon, she also provided us a complementary upgrade. They very much want folks utilizing the kiosks but if you indicate you need help, a person was available in short order both times. The room was spacious and included an empty mini fridge. The window opened an inch for nice fresh air. The furniture has seen better days but everything was clean and worked well. The only complaint was the road noise in the room - we were facing the sphere so I suspect a strip or Paris view would have been quieter. The casino was smokey and perfumed (but really, outside of Park MGM, they all are). The bar downstairs was enjoyable and Body Worlds was an exhibit worth seeing. The food court is pretty run of the mill but gets the job done for burgers and fries. The Bazaar shops have seen a lot of work and Ol Red being right outfront is great. Duck Donuts was a good morning coffee and snack but I would avoid Giordano's again - the pizza was just okay and it took an hour (to be fair, they warn you).
