Dec 30, 2024Don’t expect normal Hilton quality
Pros: convenient location, large bedroom, good seating in living area, comfortable beds, and seemingly clean bathroom. These are not outweighed by the CONS: housekeeper didn’t replenish the large shampoo bottle attached to the wall before our stay (a line on the bottle showed the bottle was empty) & took 15 minutes to bring us a new bottle when I called the front desk, closet doors didn’t open (maintenance guy was surly and told us to expect them to come off track again), the luggage stand had a broken wooden leg (effectively a spear), and there were almost no utensils in the kitchen. The furniture and carpet were extremely worn.

Not a nice stay
Not clean. No soap. Tubs rusty. To let leaks on floor. Looks like a blind man tried to caulk around the tolit. Stain carpets. The pillows are terrible. pull the toaster out of the cabinet and there were still bread in it that was molded and I can’t. She smells like overkill Pine-Sol.

The stay was awesome. Easy online check in and online room key made check in easy. Room was great with kitchen, dining area and living room. Had a separate king bedroom with great bed. Bathroom had great shower with lots of hot water. Everything was clean. We enjoyed free hot breakfast with delicious eggs, breakfast meats and hot and cold cereal. Pool was clean and refreshing. We attended a nice managers get together with soup, salad, fruit and cheese. Also had wine and beer. We really enjoyed ourselves!!! Highly recommend and we will be back.

Wasn’t good for me.
Stayed here for one night because I had an early flight. As other reviewers have said the hotel is outdated. My problem was with the cleanliness of my room. As you can see from the pictures, nobody should have to stay in a room with a stove burner that looks like this or with food still in the refrigerator. Review so they can hopefully get better.

Mar 07, 2024Outdated but comfortable and cosy!
This was my third time to Pensacola, but my first time staying here. Check-in was super smooth and easy, and my Hilton Honors status recognized. Room was large and bright and, for the most part, clean. Excellent location, only a two-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute walk to the large mall nearby, which has all shops and restaurants you could possibly need! My room had almost everything I needed — except there were no forks in the kitchen. Excellent shower pressure and it’s HOT!! (though the shower did need some repairs) Furniture and decor is also very outdated and it’s weird that there’s carpet in half the bathroom. Also poor insulation to the rooms above — I could hear chairs/furniture scraping the floors directly above me when guests moved them. All this aside, I slept like a baby — very comfortable and cozy and the perfect temperature! Definitely a very comfortable stay, and I would probably stay here again :)
