We just completed hosting a Regional Conference at Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, New York. I only have Great Things to say! Terrific Facility. Perfect Meeting Space & Location for our Group. Amazing Professional Staff at ALL Levels. Everyone with a Smile & Great Attitude! Management, Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping...plus, plus plus! Well Done! Special Thanks to Kevin, GM & Julie, Director of Sales. Look forward to our next Program at The Holiday Inn!

Great staff!
My family came with me on a business trip, and we immediately noticed how kind and personable the staff was. We would like to thank Robert at the front desk and the restaurant & catering team for making this a wonderful business/family trip! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in centralized downtown area
My stay far exceeded my expectations. Was in town for a conference and extended my stay one night for total of 3 nights. Have stayed at “nicer” places/hotels and had an experience not even close. Staff was so hospitality driven and friendly. From Roger at the front desk to Ethan with the shuttle service, and the wait staff in the restaurant. The amenities were great! I can not remember the last time I had a microwave, refrigerator AND coffee machine in a hotel- things that used to be standard but more and more have been stripped away while we pay higher prices. Great water pressure, comfortable bed and linens, nooks and corners on the property to relax, right next to park for a stroll - I can honestly say that I would stay again. Thank you Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs! You’re doing everything right.

Overall an excellent experience
We held our annual Llama Conference at the hotel. They staff was amazing from the General Manager to housekeeping and maintenence workers. Everyone made sure we had everything they needed for a successful event. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Overall it was amazing and I would highly recommend it for anyone's event needs. Special thanks goes out to Julie for walking us through the whole process of hosting a event and taking care of all our needs.

it can be perfectly adequate for a short visit. but it is generally underwhelming: cookie cutter corporate rooms with little room for maneuver or storage, bare bones amenities, etc. the main plus is location right on the main street and its shopping and eating places & literally steps down to lovely congress park.
