First off, it is in a great location, near Congress Park and walking distance to town but removed from a lot of the downtown hubbub. They also have free parking, which is not to be overlooked in Saratoga. The hotel is a bit dated and needs refurbishment - the elevator is clunky and the carpeting is worn - but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was both a small fridge and a microwave as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There was also a good desk with pull out table and lots of lights. The hotel is across the street from a local church, and the church bells are easily heard. Perhaps you shouldn't plan to sleep much past 9;00 a.m.? The restaurant, Bookmakers, was a dark and forlorn little place on a Saturday night in late February. After waiting to get waited upon, we went across the street to Inn at Saratoga, where we found similar food and a much livelier atmosphere. There they had better service and live music in the bar.

This may be my favorite IHG hotel. Locale is walkable from downown, bar in hotel, rooms are clean and well sized....Can be pricey at certain times (Race Season obviously) but so worth it compared to options. Starts with amazing staff and their attention to detail. My go to when in area every couple of years!

Nice place . Breakfast a disappointment
Always a nice time the staff is awesome and the shuttle is great . Only disappointment now is the there only a small buffet for breakfast no made to order. We always pay for breakfast when booking and look forward to it . If the buffet is only breakfast available it should be complimentary. It’s really not that good. Besides that everything was great . We stay a few times a year.

Fantastic Experience
Holiday Inn was the location for our extended family’s base of operations for a wedding in Saratoga Springs. Great location. Amazing service. Staff went above and beyond to help our event be successful over multiple days. Hotel is super clean with many friendly staff available to assist as well as keeping the property in top shape. Customized private buffet breakfast was great with awesome personalized service. When our after-party got a “little loud" later in the evening, management opened a private room for us instead of shutting down the fun. I would highly recommend this location.

Had Great Conference Experience!
We just completed hosting a Regional Conference at Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, New York. I only have Great Things to say! Terrific Facility. Perfect Meeting Space & Location for our Group. Amazing Professional Staff at ALL Levels. Everyone with a Smile & Great Attitude! Management, Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping...plus, plus plus! Well Done!
