Our hotel room smelled fresh and clean when we arrived! We were happy to find every detail attended to such as a new shower curtain, new towels and the most comfortable bedding! Emilia R provided us with friendly, exceptional service the week of our stay. We have visited this hotel numerous time. While we have discerning expectations on cleanliness and customer service, we find the amenities and staff to be the best value given the stellar location on Palm Beach. Thank you!

Best lunch ever!!!
Love this place! Love Veronica! We had the best service and the best waitress that we’ve had the whole time while we’ve been here! Great food, great atmosphere great friends. We will definitely be visiting here again thank you what a beautiful place.

Maxi at Sea Breeze!!
Maxi at the Sea Breeze restaurant was the absolute best!!! Great with kids and very friendly. She was also on top of ordering the alcoholic beverages without us having to ask. This restaurant is right on the beach which makes a great atmosphere. Wait on the food can be long but Maxi made it a great time.

Very comfortable and professional service
Breakfast Buffet: What a pleasure to wake up daily and have the buffet to look forward towards. The checkin staff is so pleasant and warming we love to see them daily. When we ask for a server, we ask for Carolina, we have enjoyed her. Wonderful greeting and polished attitude. Always making sure we have whatever we need. Carolina works very hard in her coverage area of the restaurant, but always has time to check on us. What a great way to start our day.

Nice resort. Check in was easy. Ocean front room was nice. Clean. Bedding was fresh and clean. A little dated interior but in good shape. Staff friendly. Grounds and pool were nice and well kept. Plenty of options within the resort for food and anything else you might need. My only issue was the noisey family with the stomping/screaming kids that moved in above me my last night.
