Not for adults only
This resort is does not have an adult side, meaning if you are looking to escape from the kids this not your resort. The food options were ok but nothing fantastic and your options are very limited. There is no swim up bar and they do not start serving alcohol until 11am. You have to give your room number and sign a slip every time you get anything on the resort. NOT MY FAVORITE PLACE! If you are looking for family friendly this is kinda your place.

Holiday Inn
The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. They’re attentive, responsive, and always greet you with a smile. Special thanks to Kevin, the manager, and the rest of the amazing team—Shereen, who made planning effortless; Joshua, who gave us a smooth check-in; Eugene and Reynaldo, who guided us every step of the way; and Smittey (Smiley) at the pool, who brought great vibes. Much love to all of you! From “Bob” and Colleen and family

Great service
Veroucco was so nice and provides excellent service. We had lunch at the seabreeze restaurant and she was very kind and accommodating for our order. The food tasted great and being right in the beach makes for a very relaxing dining experience.

Exceeded expectations, Gorgeous ocean front room
Stayed in the most beautiful ocean front view located in the palm tower. Request a higher floor (6 or 7 is perfection). Two comfortable beds in a decent sized clean room. The bathroom was rather small, but everything worked fine. Don't be afraid to ask for extra towels, and they have washcloths you may just have to ask for them. There's Dove bodywash/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/lotion) in the bathrooms. Rented palapas ahead of time (can reserve them online two weeks prior and they book fast). Palm zone was great and mellow (as is sea zone), ocean zone is at the main pool and food areas so if you have kids this is a prime area. People will likely be at your palapa when you aren't using it, so bring your proof of reservation and be aware you may have to kick people out of them (most people will just say sorry and leave without issue). There's a lot of confusion about how palapas work on the property vs being open to public. Any issues, get a staff member but we didn't have any issues and I honestly didn't care if we weren't there anyways. Umbrella rentals are also available for about $40 per day and the staff will set them up for you when you rent them. Location is perfect for walking everywhere, tons of restaurants and shopping, and some of the closest beach front property on palm beach, literally a stones throw from the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. One beach towel per guest (get at towel hut at the beach with your towel card). Eduardos is a short walk for some great acai bowls, Daniels Steak & Chop was outstanding (pricey), Azia was fantastic asian cuisine, Giannis italian. The water is the best you'll ever have, drink right from the tap so bring or buy water bottles and keep refilling and put in the fridge to cool (tap water never really gets cold there). I would definitely stay at Holiday Inn again. If you can, splurge for the ocean front room, it was incredible!

Administrative issues
From the moment we arrived until we left, there were many administrative issues. We arrived and they didn't have the room ready. They delayed us for two hours. They didn't tell us anything about the dinner reservations we had to make. They also made us worry about that, and everything takes an hour to resolve.
