    10th time at The Holiday Inn and won’t be my last!

    Just got back from 8 days at the Holiday Inn Resort in Aruba. I go every year and this was my 10th time staying here. While it is a bit dated, you just cannot beat the location. Most of the people are repeat guests. Choosing to sit by the pool or at the beach is pretty simple as they are extremely close to one another. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Palm Beach. Check in was super easy and they were happy to accommodate a couple of my requests. Hats off to bell hops who are super helpful and friendly: John, Kyle and especially Eugene. What an absolute gem. The room is a nice size and has a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I hang many of my dresses and my husband hangs his shirts so I bring a few hangers from home. Air conditioning, although not super cold (I tend to run hot), worked fine and did keep the room cool. I reserved a palapa daily in order to keep shaded. Every year Smitty takes care of our pool/beach setup needs. And never have I met a more smiley, genuinely happy man. This man has an incredible memory and manages his ‘clients’ with ease. He’s just amazing. My husband and I had lunch a couple of times at OceanSide Bar & Grill. Food is good and the service we got from Rosa was fantastic. And then she went above and beyond when we came back several times during the week to have my Owala bottle filled up. Need to stay hydrated! Rosa was more than happy to take care of us each time. And with a smile. Thank you to all those at the Holiday Inn who contributed to our great week. We will be back next year!

    Sea Tower awful place to stay.

    We booked Ocean-View room thru Expedia. I am 75 with heart condition and was put in Sea Tower (1/4 mile from lobby and all amenities). Also nite club next door with loud thumping bass until 3 am every nite. On high note..best beach in the area, which is why we have stayed here 4 times since 1989.

    Excellent experience

    Excellent stay from check in to check out We had the pleasure of Veronica every morning at breakfast. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Her smile and amazing personality was positive way to start the day. Smitty at the beach made sure we had what we needed with our chairs he also went above and beyond Then there is Monica our floor housekeeper. Her radiant smile as she would greet us in the hallway was so heartwarming. She too made sure we had what we needed in our room Monica also went above and beyond. Excellent stay Thank you

    Amazing!

    Jimmy was the BEST! Offered to take our picture and made it a fun dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful right on the beach. The food was spectacular- we got the lobster/steak and Gorgonzola salad. Would recommend to anyone coming to holiday inn!

    I came here to relax and the excessive club music all night long did not let me do that!.

    Hotel is nice, the beach is wonderful and staff was great. Our major complaint was the awful loud music at night. We came here to relax and that’s what we did not do at night. It is awful especially when you have little ones. This went on every night til 3 am. Our glass doors to the balcony shook every night til 3 am!. AWFUL!.
