Such amazing weather and areas to sit on the beach. Food was good and service was great. I most enjoyed the views from everywhere on the resort. The employees were amazing! My friends and I had an amazing trip, we didn’t want to leave! The staff were all very nice and fun, they made our stay awesome! We especially want to thank Victor, Josuel, Domingo, Eduardo, Calvin, Richard, Lucilla, Luis, Adriana, María, Don, Cecile, Albert, and Franky!

Great family vacation
Such an amazing vacation and time with my family!!! Our waitress Veronica was the best! Highly recommend Holiday Inn for families ! Great beach front and excellent food! My kids loved being there! I would definitely go back to this resort with family !

Always our home, ALWAYS
This is home to my family. Almost 50yrs and still loving it. Start with a hug from John. Beautiful oceanfront room, ocean tower. Wake up to my chair that is ready...thanks to Leabett, Roy, Arturo or Smitty. Beach bar opens and have great service with Louise, Rosa, or any of the wonderful friends we've made there. This is the best beach on the island and no matter how much the island grows, our spot is ageless. Love you my family at the Aruba HI.

Feb 20, 2025Terrible experience on Friday February 14, 2025 at the Beach towel shed.
W Jordan Fri, Feb 14, 2:33 PM (6 days ago) to hiaruba Good afternoon , My name is Wayne Jordan in Room: 5363. I have a complaint about Mr. Leabitt the attention at 2 pm today at the beach towel shed. I asked for two lounge chair and a parasol. He told me they were totally sold out for the day. I stay around near the shed looking at the beach and notice an attendant bringing three lounge chair and a parasol from the pool area; he told Mr. Leabitt . I asked Mr. Leabitt you said you was totally sold out for the day. He ending up giving me two longe chairs and a parasol. He was very arrogant towards me. Five minutes after a couple came after me; he gaved them two lounge chairs along with their towels in a location in a covered area behind the towel shed area. My understanding was the were sold out for the day. I was very much concerned about his behavior so I bring this matter to your attention. I booked my vocation through BJs travel/Priceline. I will be bringing this event to BJS/Priceline and Travelocity attention so future guests will be aware of my experience. Thank you Wayne Jordan, P.E *Please note the charge for Friday February 14 was $40.00. I have have noticed there is another charge of $40.00 on February 17 on my charge card. I checked out on saturday Feburary 15. I only used the beach on friday 14 of February.
