Highly Recommended for College Visits and other Vanderbilt related stays
We stayed here for a college visit with my son. The staff was extremely accommodating and gave us a late checkout to support our travel needs. I also had a work meeting that I couldn’t miss. I tried to find a quiet place in the lobby because my family was still asleep and there was no place to guarantee quiet. I asked Yetta if she could help me find a quiet spot and she led me to an empty room with tables and an outlet where I could take my call. I would highly recommend staying here based on the staff and how they bent over backwards to ensure our comfort and convenience.

Whoo hoo Tennessee!
Trip with my husband. Hotel was clean,quite beds were amazingly comfortable like floating on air. Microwave and fridge on room. Bathroom with hairdryer and iron. Great place for couples or families with kids. Staff very accommodating. Great place to stay.

Best staff
After a horrible experience at a nearby hotel, I brought my disabled little boy to the Holiday Inn praying for a room. Brooke was so nice and accommodating and quickly got us into a room while waiting on the travel agency to send all the information over. She's helped us like this once before as well and she's always so kind and patient. Our valet, Styles was also amazing. He knew we were exhausted after our ordeal and he went above and beyond making sure to get everything loaded up and carried in for us. He even held my son's wheelchair steady for me to transfer him. They helped make a very long and stressful evening much better with their great customer service skills.

Cecret for the win
Great hotel near Vanderbilt. Always love staying here due to the fact it is close to many areas of Nashville and the shuttle can accommodate anywhere you need to go within 2 mile radius. Always fast and reliable. Staff is very nice and assistive. Crecet is number one. That girl is out front making running the show. Very helpful with parking, bags, and a laugh.
