    Cheap Motel - Avoid for Family Stays

    I was in Room 203. It has a cheap motel feel. At check in the person though kind struggled for over a half hour to get the new key activation system work. This was at 11pm in the night. It was clearly a training / new systems check in issue that was a botched up operation. On Saturday night there were people talking loudly past 10pm and then the couple moved into their room and I could hear moans and dirty talk till 2am. This is NOT the kind of place I would stay with young kids or family and refers not to the hotel , but the clientele they likely attract/ turn blind eye to. On the good side the person who manages the hanger breakfast is kind and friendly. The food choices are sub par , but the ambiance is OK. Overall, I would avoid this hotel again and leaves a poor image of Holiday Inn as a brand altogether.

    Lukewarm water out coffee maker

    Stayed here as part of a coach tour. Nice size room, large comfy bed. Large TV , fridge, microwave, coffee maker not impressed the water was lukewarm I had cup a soup but the water wasn't hot enough. Good size bathroom with a shower in the bath. Staff were friendly and helpful

    Dirty

    The room was dirty . The pillows are old and smelly , the towels are threadbare and the carpet smelled like old sneakers . They remodeled the lobby but the rooms are not. The room was humid and moldy smelling because the AC didn’t work well and made noise all night . We stayed 3 nights and one day they didn’t even bother to clean the room , we had to fetch our own towels from the front desk . I don’t recommend staying here.

    I, the guest Vacuumed the hotel room!!!

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 days last week and it was fine. Today I checked in for another 2 days and when I got to my room, I saw crumbs on the floor. I called the front desk and told (Stephanie) about it and said “ sorry about that, I can send someone to vacuum or change you to another room”. I said to send someone as long as I’m not waiting long and she said, it won’t be long. I already wiped the surfaces in my room with Clorox wipes so I figured it wouldn’t be an inconvenience to have someone vacuum the room. Little did I know … the guy who came up with vacuum gave me the vacuum to do the job!!!! I was in shock !!! I VACUUMED THe HOTEL ROOM!!! I called the front desk and told Stephanie about what happened and I asked for the manager and wait for it… Stephanie is the manager!!!! She said it was a miscommunication! I still can’t believe that happened. I said to her, “you expected your guest to clean the room?!?!?! Again, it was miscommunication!

    Great customer service

    This was my first time at this hotel and the service was AMAZING thanks to Eylin. She checked us in upon arrival answered all of our questions. Then to my surprise she was at the desk the following morning at checkout very pleasant and kind. I will be back because of her!!
