Wonderful Stay
This hotel is ideally located in the French Quarter. Everything you'd want to experience is right outside the doors, within easy walking distance. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Crystal and Jazmonique are particularly lovely. We reserved a suite, which was clean and well appointed. Our only concern was that we faced a wall, which made the suite quite dark. Apparently, the suites are all inside- facing so there was not another option. I would have appreciated knowing this upon making the reservation, but lesson learned. Despite this, we enjoyed the room's very comfortable bed and linens. The sitting area was comfortable, with a fridge and coffeemaker. The room was clean and housekeeping was efficient and reliable. The pool area is very pretty. The gentlemen at the valet desk are quite helpful and friendly. Our stay was incredible and we would definitely return!

Sucky but safe. Good location.
This hotel is in a great location, one block from Bourbon Street, and the staff was fine but I’d never stay there again. I’ve never slept in such a small hard double bed. There’s no way these are standard full size mattresses. You had to get out of bed to turn over. In addition the bathroom was horribly small and worn out. The door only missed the toilet by 1/4 inch. The sink doesn’t drain, there’s no towel bar, hand towel ring etc. We had 3 tissues in the box only, one roll TP and 2-3 squirts of body wash. We ran out of everything. The worst part of the bathroom is that it has a semi transparent glass door that doesn’t lock. You can see your naked family members. We hung a sheet over the door for privacy but they took it when they cleaned the room. The fridge freezes all the sodas. The attached restaurant was so overpriced for Nola. $30.50 for a waffle. And no little shop to buy chips drinks etc, although there were vending machines. Valet was super friendly. Front desk was fine. Didn’t welcome us a members or offer the drink etc but we got the 500 points. It’s not the 1 or two things wrong with it’s the 10 things wrong that added up to make the experience kind of suck.

Amazing!
The rooms were so clean and the receptionist I think her name was Serena, she was amazing and made checking in so easy. We stopped in at Twisted waffle and the bartender Christina made me the most delicious drink ever. Then the valet was the most help ever and told me the best places for food and drinks he made walking the city so easy, his name was Dale!

Holiday Inn Express- French Quarter was delightful and the staff worked together perfectly.
This stay was especially sweet because of the care the staff took for my family. Each person made an effort to open doors, deal with problems immediately and helped with our itinerary. The location was handy for the visit making the visit special.

GOOD HOTEL, BAD VALETS
We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and nights, right before Christmas in 2024. The rooms were good, the staff was very good at the front and information desk. The best part of the stay was the location. The worst part was the parking. they charge over $50 a night to keep your car, so it cost me over $100. The parking lot is right across the street from where you drop off the car. I asked the valet to park it a little bit away from other cars because it was a new truck. On picking it up, i always give the valets tips and thanked them. We were heading to Mississippi, we had to stop in Slidell louisiana for gas qnd my daughter was walking back from the restroom and asked me what happened to the front of car. i looked and couldn't believe it. Was badly scraped and has a tear in the front bumper. i called the hotel at least 15 to 20 times and they finally said they would review the camera tapes and get back. They never did, i had to call back and got someone from their insurance dept. and was told that i should have checked out my car on picking it up. i didn't feel there was a need to check it out because its less thank a football field lenth both ways. I got promises several times about reviewing the tapes but as of this letter haven't got one. i suppose its too hard or their too lazy to check. We got to the hotel mid-morning on dec. 22nd and picked it up mid-morning on the 24th. That would be very easy checking the cameras, WARNING Check out your car before leaving.
