Great location
Great hotel in a perfect area to get to all the attractions. Lobby was beautiful. Our room was nice as well. Bathroom is tight but it’s a very old building, so we understand. Check in was great and the staff from front desk and valet were awesome! Thank you and see y’all soon.

Good place to stay in the quarter
This has been 3rd visit and is always satisfying. The hotel is well mainained, the staff has been very attentive. The rooms have been clean and well appointed. One block off the craziness of Bourbon, but it is quiet and safe, great to walk to many places including restaurants and club. Avoid Bourbon St. go the Frenchmen Street for clubs and music.

Convenient, clean, nice staff and reasonable
This place has great pictures, but the rooms are not updated. There’s poor ventilation in the room. The bathroom doesn’t have shower caps or anything else, just bottles of hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash strapped to the wall. The face mirror was gone, but the base was still attached to the wall. The location is great. Staff were okay. The WiFi never worked for us in four days. I called and he told me that was unusual.

Less Than I Expected
Excellent walk-ability to French Quarter, trolley and city bus (bus is an express to/from the airport and the trolley is an excellent inexpensive medium to sightsee). One to 30 day transit passes are inexpensive. Negatives ... street noise from the partyers ... "upset" hotel guests are easily heard ... hotel security did not give me a sense of security. Most staff was pleasant and approachable ... one staffer was overbearing .... overall ... property is acceptable.

A little disappointing stay...
We picked our stay in New Orleans to be at Chateau Lemoyne because of a prior successful stay. We checked in early and so that may have changed our room, but we were given room #558. There was a hum coming from the bathroom that made the 1st night tough to sleep. We asked to change rooms, and we were given #room 238. That was noisy as well and it is located above the trash service. I know that trash pickup is a must, but this noise would wake me the next few days. We had a minor issue with our in-room coffee maker, but we really like the location of the hotel and are somewhat creatures of habit. The staff, especially at the door, were very helpful and friendly and we loved to sit out on the porch...in a rainstorm...and enjoy the time. This recent travel experience will not deter us from choosing Chateau Lemoyne in the future it's just that we were a little disappointed.
