This hotel is modern and immaculately kept. Erendira at the front desk is a wonderful person who has excellent customer service skills. The pool is very large and the breakfast provided is good. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at this property.

The property is new, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two days ago, the elevators did not work for two days, and it is a four story facility. There is no hot water in the shower. TV does not work in the exercise room no cover on the ceiling fan

5 minutes' walk to beach and great hotel to stay when visiting South Padre Island
Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean with excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. We enjoyed a good view of the ocean from our room. The hotel also provides a good breakfast with a decent selection of food. Guests have access to a BBQ area while using the pool. This hotel is ideal for beachgoers and those who enjoy visiting local restaurants and exploring the area. It is also within walking distance to Turtle Inc and the Birding Center. Overall, a great hotel to stay at. The only things I did not like is the hotel has only one operational elevator, resulting in extended wait times for guests. Additionally, the elevator is quite small, barely accommodating luggage carts. The WiFi service is unreliable, necessitating the use of personal hotspots for those needing to work. Furthermore, the breakfast area offers limited seating, often requiring guests to share tables or struggle to find a place to sit.

Always nice!
I love staying at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. When we are there in the winter there are always things going on; snack night, music, free drinks. The pool is welcoming and always clean too! My son loved the little waterfall,fountain!

the pillows an beds are great, very clean hotel inside an out, easy to get too an the hot breakfast is wonderful, the staff is all great always willing to help you with any questions or needs, the pool is also great an pool area is large, they also offer great monthly an weekly rates, we stayed the month of Feb. as we were at another hotel for Jan. but will be back for Jan. Feb. 2025 for our winter vacation get away from Wi. winters. Mona an Don W.
