Run down and filthy place.
The place is run down with filthy carpet and the bathroom was in really bad condition. The mirror had pieces of the trim missing. The light over the sink did not work. The shower head was clogged with mineral deposits. This is the only Holiday Inn I have stayed at who charges for parking. I have stayed in lots of Holiday Inns and have never been charged for parking. The desk clerk tried to tell me that is a Holiday Inn policy. I told him that I have stayed at six different Holiday Inns in the past three weeks and have never been charged for parking. I will cross this place off my list.

Great place to stay. Great sitting place outside. Will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. Did not have the old moldy smell like most hotels. Staff very friendly and polite. Great parking for us driving bigger trucks. Very quite sitting outside

Clean room, overly stiff mattress
The pillows were very soft, but the mattresses felt overly firm and springy, which lead to soreness the next day. The towels were also a bit more rough than expected.
The room itself was very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was good.

Good place
The Staff was not only professional, thorough and helpful but personable also. The Room was clean and comfortable. The ac system worked great and the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking and checking in and out was very easy. I would stay here again and recommend others to also.

Logical fixes
*pets need to be on leads in public areas other guests shouldn’t have to worry about a overly aggressive dog.
* stop apologizing for a door lock that doesn’t always work and replace the lock already. The handicapped person who rents the room next to the door needs it to work properly.
