    We arrive on Sunday and leave Thursday .

    Tay Marie is one of the best ladies we have dealt with . Tay greeted us with a smile and a really big smile this hotel has a nice vibe to it and all the guest are pretty pleasant. I have told my friend that work up here to come in and stay and enjoy the hotel. Thank you

    We are working close to the hotel and like the atmosphere.

    Tay Maria was one of the most helpful person to get us checked in at montrose co. Everything we ever need she has helped with all the future rooms we needed to st stay . We have always treated like we were the only customers in the hotel . I do appreciate how the staff treats the guys in my company.

    Great service good room.

    Taylor S. t went above and beyond helping us book our room. Our room was clean and spacious. Pam was a delight and helpful in the breakfast nook. I would definitely stay here again.....................................................

    Amazing staff

    They were very kind and helpful!!! Both Taylor’s and Whitney were very amazing. Naomi did very amazing job keeping my room spotless and she was a very honest person!! I think very highly of this staff. Thank you IHG keep up the great work with amazing staff.

    The room is so dark the lighting in the bedroom, bathroom, living room and the showerbus like a cave.

    The shower is like going into a cave. It is so dark. The whole room is so old, and there is no lighting to speak of. It needs pot lights, not just lamps. The bed and mattress are very old and uncomfortable, and the bedding is the same. The staff is nice the breakfast is ok but I would go to Starvin Arvin that is great.
