Amazing Workers!
All the workers at the resort were amazing! So nice and patient. The restaurants were decent with great service. The beach was awesome, with drinks being served . I have not one complaint besides I’m a little upset that I had to leave. I’m definitely coming back very soon!

What a GEM!
My husband and I have been coming to Vallarta for 15 years. We have stayed as north as Nuevo and as south as Boca and everywhere in between. This year we decided on the Hilton because we love the Conchas Chinas area, and they finally have a Hilton here. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. We LOVED the room service breakfast; the alcohol selection at the bars; the fresh coconuts at the pool and the Italian restaurant were great. We didn't get to try the other restaurants because we like to go downtown for dinner and it's so convenient from this location. Quick 5 min cab ride to Basilio Badillo for dinner. Our maid was excellent and kept our room tidy every single day. The beach is beautiful, nice soft sand and the wave break truly makes the water crystal clear. We brought our snorkel gear and snorkeled every single day. My husband is a Diamond member, and we really enjoyed the separate check in desk for Honors, and we enjoyed all the little perks and details the hotel provided to make our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is that they service the hot tubs on level 7. One is always cold, and the other one has broken jets and a crack in the bottom. It's such a nice adult area to relax at in the evenings I just wish the Hot tubs were working correctly and hope to use them a lot more next time. One other thing we felt was missing but definitely needed are water stations. We went through about 70 plastic water bottles throughout the week. We always bring large mugs with us on vacation so we can fill them up with water and stay hydrated, but this resort didn't have any stations so sadly we used A LOT of plastic bottles and asked a lot of bar tenders to fill up our mugs with ice and water. Water stations are a necessity and would make a huge difference in the amount of plastic the hotel goes through. But all in all, this resort is a gem and I'm already waiting for next year's Thanksgiving dates to open up so we can take our family next time. If they're lucky (wink wink)

amazing pv
Just spent 6 nights at this awesome resort. I was a bit hesitant when I booked as people were complaining about the food and the beach looked too small but turns out I was worried for no reason. The good: It is beautiful and well thought-out. the layout can be confusing the first couple of days as it is 3 buildings but you figure it out quickly. it is very safe and secure. the wristband only let's you go to your own floor. The technology is great. my husband lost his shorts on the beach and the next morning we spoke to the concierge they already had it catalogued in their computer for us to verify then security brought it up! the wristbands worked flawlessly eventhough it got wet all the time. The service was excellent on every level! From the door staff to the beach staff. All the workers were very accommodating and friendly. They were always ready to help and working hard. They all deserve raises and great tips! Our room was on the 6th floor (617 double beds) it was very nice and big. I would avoid floors any lower than 5 as it will be loud, especially on the 4th floor which is the lobby, and views will be blocked by the trees. Food was great in the restaurants, the presentation was beautiful but the desserts weren't very good. The food in buffet was good but I found a lot of the items to be oversalted. The breakfast buffet was great and the dessert and pastries were the best here. We loved cocomar for lunch, they had the best shrimp and fish tacos! There is no lack of food and drinks. The beach was clean and the service was awesome. The staff will bring you a chair and umbrella and set it up for you. no fighting for chairs! Ernesto and Omar were great! Needs improvement: Having a currency exchange service would be convenient. The restaurant booking system worked fine the first couple of nights but as soon as the weekend came and it got busy, we couldn't book in or walk in anymore. The facilities and the rooms can be cleaner. Housekeeping never restocked the mini bar. The Sky bar has so much potential to be an awesome disco but it is not being utilized that way. Tips: -Bring pesos because in town you will get terrible exchange rates for cdn and usd -take the local bus outside of the hotel to get to zona Romantica for only 10 pesos/pp -take cab if you have pesos but uber is very accessible Overall we enjoyed ourselves and we're very impressed by the customer service. We would recommend and come back.

Must visit Hilton property
Stayed for five nights and would come back. Got a nice upgrade for Hilton Honors diamond. Nightly entertainment better than expected- fire dancing, casino night, great singers and musicians in the lobby, silent disco, mariachi band night. Great breakfasts at Vela food hall (made to order omelets/tacos- so many items). Ate lunch at cocomar few times for the ceviche. Mexican restaurant had tablesalt guac and incredible marinated lamb entre. Italian restaurant had great pizza and caprese salads. Sunan highlights was the goi and malaysia soup. Make sure to visit the Jacuzzi at the roof deck during sunset. Very friendly staff throughout but Hugo was a star all week! Room cleaners did great work and comfy beds. Wifi easy to access everywhere.

Great vacations at Hilton Vallarta
Vallarta is fantastic, the weather was delightful, the hotel and all its amenities as well as the attention of the staff. Especially Esmeralda during breakfast, always attentive to details. We will definitely repeat our vacations here!
