All servers looked very clean and nice!!! They were so attentive !! They described the food and desserts very well.. my lasanga did have way to much meat and not enough pasta but still good. Music was fitting for the occasion. Host took us to our table right away.

We loved it!
My husband, almost 5 year old daughter and I had a delightful stay for a week in April. Prior to kids, an all inclusive didn’t sound that appealing to my husband and me. After my husband had a serious accident that significantly impaired his mobility we decided to go for it. We loved everything! Our favorite restaurant was Mexal and we all loved the breakfast buffets. The beach was beautiful and we were able to get umbrellas on 3 out of our 4 days there. I enjoyed the work out equipment and took advantage of the spa. My message therapist Victoria was fantastic. My daughter loved the Kids Club. The kids club staff was so kind and welcoming to us. Fatima, Lucero, Yareli, Karen & Galilea all made sure our daughter cared for and she looked forward to going back each day. Housekeeping was super helpful and every staff member at the resort was incredibly friendly and patient. My only complaint was sometimes the constant music played during the day (I’m guessing thats a corporate decision) wasn’t always what i wanted to hear. I’d still happily return.

I was so close to giving a 5 star rating, but couldn't because of the housekeeping in our room. We had to ask for towels and facecloths, our beds were not made properly everyday. I came in one day, pulled back the cover and the sheet was in a ball. I was not happy with this at all. On the other hand - the staff that we interacted with were awesome - names that were particularly wonderful to us are as follows: Hugo, Blanca, Yadira, and Saul from the entertainment group were a hoot! Gustavo from the Mojito bar was awesome! Jose and Omar looked after us out at the pool (we spent alot of time with them!!) The wait staff at the restaurant were on their games and always had a smile for us not to mention kept our drinks topped up!! Gilberto and Jose Maria seemed to be "our guys" at the Vela! A big thanks to all these folks for making me forget about the housekeeping (almost!) As busy as they all were, all the bartenders offered a freindly vibe. We had one bartender that was not quite as jovial as all the others! Fabien took a few visits to finally get a smile out of him! He came around though!

What an amazing resort!
Our vacation at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing. I traveled with my parents, my husband, and my daughter — and what stood out the most was how enjoyable and entertaining it was for everyone, no matter the age. Everything is conveniently close, and most of the entertainment happens outdoors, which we loved. What made this trip truly special were the people. The entertainment team — Hugo, Saul, Blanca, and Yadira — is hands down the best I’ve ever met (and I’ve traveled a lot!). Their energy, positivity, and warmth were contagious. By the end of our trip, they felt more like friends than staff. Our breakfasts and lunches were also wonderful, thanks to the kind and attentive service from Norma, César, and Medardo. Their smiles and care made each meal feel extra special. A very special thank you goes to Manager Fernanda Vidal. She is everything you could hope for in a leader — warm, professional, genuinely caring, and incredibly efficient. We encountered a few issues during our stay, first with the room we booked and later with a late check-out. Both times, Fernanda stepped in, truly listened to us, and handled everything with grace and empathy. She turned what could have been stressful moments into opportunities to show just how much she cares about guest satisfaction. Thanks to her, we felt truly valued and well taken care of. This was a vacation to remember, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

A pleasant stay in Puerto Vallarta
It’s a nice resort with a good swimming beach. Also is enough to town. The service staff is overall friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food choices varied and tasty (restaurants, buffet, room service, etc. We enjoyed our 7-day stay. And, recommend this resort to others.
