Fake pictures, mold and dingy hotel, scam
PROFESSIONAL IMAGES ARE DECEIVING, management is dismissive. For the money you pay, better off staying at Motel 6. First, I did inform the front desk about my complaints and displeasures about my experience and the poor state of the room I was offered for over $225 a night. There was absolutely NO response - literally just looked at me in the face like I said NOTHING but quickly handed me another bill for the resort fee of $39.40 additional dollars a night to top of the bill I already paid. Since I paid using USAA military vender, they said the resort fee x 2 was considered incidentals. Understanding there was additional features such as a lazy river or something to that effect but it was too cold to even consider so not sure what the "resort fees" took into consideration. The entire hotel is outdated and dingy. It is clear the outstanding prices they charge the customers are not being used to refurbish the once classy hotel. I will never spend a dime here. Lack of any consideration or concern about complaints. Just want more money. I called the hotel to speak to a manager, I was on hold forever and ended up having to hang up. Never a call back as they clearly had my phone number. They text me to ask for a rating regarding my stay experience. I tried to resolve the issues with the company, disregarded, they had my money, over $225.00 a night. The images on yelp are fake as used for promotion.

Quiet Resort
It’s hard for me to call this a resort it’s an older property with some nice swimming pools and a lazy river in a very picturesque sitting. The pools could have used some music to liven it up; it’s very tranquil. Calling it a water park is a bit misleading. There is a large conference center facility and new gym/spa across the parking lot in a new building. It’s an interesting property it serves a diverse clientele from families at the pool to conference attendees all the way to the President (Biden spent the night during our stay). The “resort” won’t knock your socks off with WOW but if you want to unwind by the pool and enjoy the sun, it works.

It is like visiting a friend's house!
I stay here every few months for work and it is like going to visit a friend! Patty at the front desk always recognizes me and even knows my whole name. I think that is wonderful since she deals with thousands of people every year. I walk in and she gives me a big smile which is such a welcome after the 3-5 hr drive to get there. She always wants to know how I am and what I am up to. Like I said it is like visiting a friend. The rooms are nice and so is the pool. The beds are comfortable and the desk has enough room for my work station. Since I am there for work sadly I don't get to try the activities but the Hole in the wall restaurant has really good food. The grounds are clean and kept up very well. I often take walks around the grounds at night and feel quite safe there. The staff is quite attentive and if I need anything or there is an issue they take care of it in a timely manner. The coffee in the room is surprisingly good (I have been in a lot of hotels and the room coffee was really gross). Plus there is Starbucks inside the lobby so I can grab an iced coffee on my way to the office. I sure do enjoy visiting Patty in Phoenix and will be up there again in Dec.

My vacation to AZ☀️
Hotel is a little old but all the staff there is what makes the stay so great. The bellman were so nice, they gave us a ride to our room then came back to bring us all of our bags. Then for dinner the young security guard Don was nice enough to give us a ride to the mexican cuisine nearby and after he even gave us a nice tour of the resort while telling us a little bit about the history of it too. Overall my stay was amazing and super family friendly and Im looking forward to coming again

Disappointing for “Hilton Resort”
Just checked in and questioning why we’re still Hilton Diamond. I make a policy of NEVER writing bad reviews for anything, but I’m making an exception because if you book this expecting a Hilton resort, you will be disappointed. I read the reviews and figured people were just being negative, but no. Framing around interior doors is rotting from bottom (we’re on the 4th floor), old stained carpeting in room, pool water is a little cloudy. My daughter said “This is a motel right?” We’ve stayed at Hilton’s for 25 years, in the US and abroad. We’ve always been happy. This is disappointing.
