A bit disappointing
The hotel is a cool concept but it is in need of an upgrade very badly. There were permanent stains throughout the rooms. They did do daily house keeping, but it didn’t feel super clean. While this resort had multiple buildings there wasn’t a secure access to the buildings. All the stairs were outside and had open access from the street. During the next remodel, I would highly recommend the hotel add doors you need to scan your room key to access unless it is through the main lobby. It felt like a giant motel, more than hotel/resort. They do have sky bridges that connect most buildings, so that was very nice. All together a bit disappointed considering this is a Hilton Resort, not just a hotel.

Decent Stay, Room for Improvement
The stay was decent overall. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, but the amenities felt slightly outdated. The location was good, yet it could use a refresh to make it more appealing. Would consider returning, but hoping for some upgrades!

Amazing resort for families in Phoenix!!
The staff at this hotel is amazing! The resort is great and the kids loved the water park and the pool. The rooms were great and they upgraded us to an unbelievable suite. Jasmine was especially so helpful as was Hassan and Michael and Mary. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely come back again if we are in Phoenix!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great service!
The staff made this a great vacation. We spent time in 3 of the heated pools and played put put golf, all of which were great. The little club house by the main pool had great service and good munchies. The BBQ joint was good, but we were disappointed that it was not clear that the other restaurant was closed. The room was very clean, but dated. They are getting ready to do a total remodel in the spring of 2025.
