    Extended Spring Break trip - comfortable, convenient, and fun!

    Pool and outdoor amenities were well kept and poolside entertainment was vibrant. Nachos and chicken BLT at Shades were delicious. Bartenders at Sunnies were attentive, kind, and hilarious. Ambassadors Charis and Chasidy were informative and pleasant to speak with. Pool attendant at towel stand was always friendly, helpful, and informative. Letterpress had an excellent breakfast menu and even gave 5 pieces of bacon with the standard breakfast menu choice!

    Right next to Disney Springs great for work or family

    Here for a meeting and the rooms are updated. It was a nice hotel for convenient access to Disney Springs. The food was good and everyone had excellent customer service. In fact the Bell station helped me get in touch with the proper people to get the battery in my fire alarm changed. Hossein and James the manager helped me so that I could make it to my meeting room while letting the people know my phone wasn’t working and the alarm was beeping. I would definitely come back again and bring my family. The pool looked amazing too

    Mario the guest ambassador is the best!

    Mario the Guest Ambassador was wonderful! He made our experience unforgettable. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Willow at the front desk was also amazing. She was so accommodating, friendly and even checked in with us later in the evening. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area and lazy river was fantastic! Great hotel!

    Pool is a no go

    Don’t expect to use the pool while you are here unless you get there right when it opens in the morning. I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find a chair and I eventually gave up. There were at least 20 other people looking as well. Hilton needs to offer lockers in the pool area as well. The front desk lady was ok. She couldn’t be bothered with any questions I had so Google became my friend.

    Best hotel brand!

    Mario was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable and walked us through everything. Highly recommend him and Hilton to all my friends and family. He was great! Love this property and will be coming back! Can’t wait to start planning my new vacation
