Best bartender!
Veranda bar bartender Shannon, is the best!!! so fun and personable and attentive and will be back to visit her! Nice hotel clean and friendly too! Beautiful views of ocean and very close to everything and have shuttles to a variety of places as well!

Very dissatisfied
The room was freezing. Had the thermostat on 75 but wouldn’t get warmer than 66. Got up the next morning to take a shower and there was no hot water. When I told the lady at the desk she asked me if i let anybody know. i told her no. it was late and i didnt want to wait up half the night for somebody to come fix it. WONT BE BACK.

Best vacation my clients have had!
I cannot speak highly enough about the attention to detail, the hospitality, and the beautiful property at this location. My clients stated this was the “Best Vacation they have ever had.” - All thanks to Dana in housekeeping and LeeAnn in Security!

Best bartender!
We went for a last minute beach trip for our anniversary!!!! Shannon was the best bartender and provided the best customer service that I have had in a long time. She was very friendly & I had the best time!!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

ROOMS IN DIRE NEED OF RENOVATIONS
My wife & I stayed here on October 26, 2024 in advance of a scheduled stay at the Hilton Ocean Enclave. We typically always stay at Hilton properties as we're Hilton Honors members. Based on the pictures on the Hilton Website we selected the location @ 10000 Beach Club Drive in Myrtle Beach. We were given room 630 & it was never explained the hotel room was actually outside. After repeated calls from the 6th floor I walked down to be told to go outside which was not communicated @check-in. When we entered the room we were overwhelmed by a musty older. It reeked of mildew. The door seals were rusty, the balcony was covered in mold. The bath tub floor had a hole in the bottom which was poorly patched with something growing out of it. I can't believe this facility is allowed to use the Hilton Brand name. I explained all of this on check out and was told they would credit the $14 self parking fee. This hotel is in need of serious renovations to the rooms. The remodeled the loby but guest spend the bulk of the times in their room. You can't charge Hilton rates with a Motel 6 product. AVOID.
