Feb 28, 2025Very helpful very nice rooms
We canceled our last hotel last minute called them they said they had room and had a shuttle they could put us on. Front desk was amazing, nice and caring and very understanding. Rooms were clean and spacious. Price was right on with other hotels close by.

Feb 24, 2025Rude staff, non-child friendly
I wanted to get a good price on a room and they told me on the phone that our room would be $132, I asked if I should reserve ahead of time and they told me that I could just check in when I got there. When I got there it ended up being $205 for my room after waiting on the receptionist to get out of the back room for 30 minutes. There was a line of people waiting, and not happy with the wait. I asked the bartender wheee the receptionist was and he was rude and just told me she was probably stocking things, I asked if there was a door to knock on to get to her and he just said “no” in a rude way and walked away. When she finally got out, she could barely do her job and was likely stoned. I waited there for 10 minutes just to find out the price on my room. There is no breakfast and it is not child friendly. There were a bunch of drunk people at the bar right outside the elevators when I was leaving with my kids in the morning.

Feb 22, 2025Don't do it!
At first, we really loved our room. Let's seeing the plains land and take off. However, as the night progressed, there was many, many people with children that allow them to run through the hotel non-stop on all of the floors playing in the elevators. After about 4 hours into this, I went to the staff at the front desk and explain that Hey, I paid more money to be up top and there are children that are constantly running and possibly going to hurt themselves. Falling over or breaking the elevators The staff was extremely rude. And asked if she , should call all 300 rooms? Starting with mine to see who's doing what.. that was the response I got from a hilton employee.I don't have small children with me. I told her I would like to have a refund and leave. She said, go ahead. So I do not recommend this hotel. I feel like an idiot for paying the money that I just did to stay here and now I feel stuck.

Better options
Room was very outdated, chair had rips and tears on it, shower curtain had safety pins on it. Restaurant closes at 930 even though sigh read 10pm and website says 11pm. Not impressed for being a Hilton property. There are several other Hilton properties in the area so plenty of options. Shuttle drivers were great. Positive, close to Mall of America.

Nov 11, 2024Fine stay at Hilton.
Everything was very clean and prepared for my stay. Early check in was available. The room was delightful. It was prepared to limit allergens. Sheets, towels were excellent quality. An air filter was available. I had an great night's sleep. Seating was ample in the restaurant, though the crowded bar commanded most of the staff attention. A kind and harried waitress explained that the kitchen staff was quite busy. Dinner and breakfast selections were adequate and well prepared. Parking lot was a bit bleak. It seemed like many used the available shuttle as it was very close to the airport.
