    Home away from home

    This establishment is an excellent choice for families seeking accommodation away from the bustling atmosphere of a casino. Its proximity to the strip and convenient tram service make it a convenient location. The comprehensive amenities provided create a homely environment, ideal for an extended stay. During our visit for a cheer competition, we appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In contrast to previous experiences at other hotels, where disruptive behavior was common, this hotel offers a tranquil setting. The on-site market offers a variety of high-quality food options and essential supplies for preparing meals in the comfort of your room. The inclusion of a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy atmosphere truly enhance the overall experience.

    Avoid These crooks!

    Stay away from HGV. They are all liars and swindlers. I have been an unhappy owner since 2017. Biggest mistake of my life! They constantly pressure you to "Upgrade" which simply means you writing more checks with no results. I've upgraded twice, as HGV recommended to improve our experience, to no avail. The representatives are extremely aggressive and professional liars. We have NEVER received any of the many promises made to us by HGV. Don't accept "Free" show tickets or gifts. Nothing is free from HGV. I have regretted purchasing this since our first vacation. I STRONGLY advise against getting mixed up with these crooks and liars! Proceed with caution and buyer beware.     Noisy and A Little Off the Beaten Path

    We came here as part of an offer from Hilton Honors to try out their "time-share" program. It is a good program--just doesn't fit the way we travel. The building is on the northern end of the strip; Sahara is close by as is the Fontainebleau but it is far away from most attractions further south. There is no restaurant--just a small cafe with a small general store. The rooms were big: full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. For some reason the Jacuzzi was in the room and not the bathroom--why? The people above us were bathing their kids in the Jacuzzi and it was so noisy; when the finally pulled the drain it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Overall the walls were very thin and it was possible to hear conversations next door, floor below, and floor above. I was not wowed.

    Fantastic

    Fantastic travel experience. Quick and easy check in, easy to switch rooms to an upgraded suite (reasonably priced), comfortable and spacious suite that slept 4 comfortably. Full size kitchen was a big plus to help us save on dining out, especially for breakfast. Phenomenal customer service - immediate and consistent attention if we needed it. Quieter location away from all the casinos on the north strip area. We would stay there again if we ever return to Las Vegas. Only note for improvement - offer firmer pillows.
