Jan 22, 2025Fabulous trip with excellent customer service and beautiful views!!
What a wonderful trip!! We came with my husband's company (approximately 800 people) and the service we received was outstanding! After an extremely long travel day with a horribly lengthy stand in customs, we were welcomed to the group check in area by Eva. Eva went above and beyond for us!! We were originally put in a room with 2 double beds, and were just going to love with it, when she returned to us to advise that she upgraded us to a corner room with the most beautiful views!! We had breakfast every morning on our balcony and could listen to the ocean waves and spend our trip in the most comfortable space! Eva was absolutely the best and we want to give her a huge shout out for making our trip a most memorable one! My sunrise pictures will forever remind us of her excellent customer service and her beautiful smile!

Amazing vacation at Cancun with family and friends
Experience was awesome. Special thanks to Bruno, Cristian, Rain, Santo Arturo, Tony for making the activities around the pool so much fun. Great job to Alan, Pedro and Jasmin for the great service around the pool. The support staff did a great job making sure the room was clean and the towels were fresh.

Third time’s a charm
I continue to return to this resort because of the fantastic food and service. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is lovely. During our stay, a large group (800ish) people from a company in our home state descended on the resort. We were worried about the influx but Hilton handled it beautifully. They increased staff, set up Mobil bars and lunch buffets outside. At one point the crowd got a bit loud but a person from Hilton leadership asked them to quiet down and they did so willingly. We rented a cabana to insure a good pool spot and it was well-worth it. Alejandro N. Was our server at the pool and he took GREAT care of us every day. This is a HUGE hotel so yes, the possibility of lots of guests is real. It was definitely crowded at times and noisy at times but again, I know where I booked and frankly we made some fun friends while on the trip. I will definitely go back and I thank you for a great week in paradise.

The staff all around were excellent and some were outstanding. Location a little isolated but the facility offered all of the services you could want! Of note staff names Many ( Poolside bar service ) Ronaldo ( Entrance service ) Daniel ( reception, concierge client service ) Raymundo Abraham ( Buffet dining room service )

Awesome ocean front hotel
Our six-day stay at the hotel was outstanding! The variety of restaurants offered delicious dishes that impressed both in taste and presentation. Service was impeccable, with staff who were gracious and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. Sunbathing booths by the pool and beach were ideal for relaxation under the sun. Our ocean view room provided stunning vistas, enhancing our mornings and evenings with the sound of waves and gorgeous sunrises. In summary, this hotel perfectly blends luxury, excellent dining, and top-notch service.
