Avoid-extremely dirty.
This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Clearly understaffed, didn’t see a manager entire time I was there. Front desk staff too busy to follow up on issues. Mold in fridge, urine stains on bathroom walls, food on floor in common areas/floor hadn’t been mopped. Our phone didn’t work. I won’t be back.

Avoid this location
I recently stayed at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort (Jan 1-4, 2025), and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. As a loyal Hilton Honors member I expected far better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property failed on almost every level. • Night 1: The shower in our room did not work, requiring maintenance to come and repair it close to midnight. This disrupted our evening and should have been addressed before check-in. • Night 2: After returning late, we found our room had not been cleaned. The front desk informed us that housekeeping was running behind. The room was eventually cleaned late • Day 3: Things got even worse. The room was not cleaned at all, despite repeated requests. We had no towels, and after calling the front desk, no one delivered them. I eventually went to the front desk myself, only to be told there were no towels available in the hotel. To top it off, the room didn’t even have toilet paper, which I had to retrieve from the front desk. Additionally, the second room I rented had similar issues—no clean towels, no service, and a lack of basic amenities. The only positive note was the night front desk employee, who handled the numerous complaints from frustrated guests with professionalism and composure. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the property’s glaring operational failures. From start to finish, this stay was a disaster. The repeated failures in housekeeping, lack of essential supplies like towels and toilet paper, and insufficient communication are inexcusable. This property does not meet the standards expected of a Hilton brand hotel. I would not recommend staying here, and I am extremely disappointed in Hilton for allowing such poor management to persist at this location.

Amazing!
We are still enjoying our stay. From the moment of check in, Didier the manager went over the top to make us feel like VIP’s. We just had the best beach day. Wesner and Sergaud took care of us all day at the beach. I’m talking 5 star service with a smile! From towels, to boogie boards, to amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend!

Overall, our stay has been very nice. Clean, plentiful. Overall, the experience fell somewhat short of what we have come to expect from the brand in terms of not being really top-end as we experienced in the past. But very good. But I wish I could give a separate - 5 star++ - review for the beach food and drink server named Sergaud Sergaud. I listened and watched his interactions with people as they walked onto the beach, greeting them warmly while he was busy taking others' orders and fulfilling them. He checked in with every one and ensured they had what they needed. He seemed to truly delight in providing kind, positive, and attentive service and friendliness. I wish everyone did their job this way, the world would be a better place!!

Great location and amenities
There are great amenities with an awesome, helpful staff. Audrina at the Allison restaurant was great and very helpful with local recommendations on things to get out and experience in Miami. Also, Joe the bartender was hilarious and wonderful. Very family friendly, we have a 9 year old son and he had a blast.
