Second stay here. RENOVATION is a big negative experience and the trades make your stay uncomfortable.

Second time staying here. Couldn’t fault first stay here. But it has gone downhill very quickly. Understand hotel is in the midst of a renovation, but doesn’t excuse the lack of service and still charging full rates for a sub standard experience The works going on seem to overshadow any care for guests

Rethink your choice!!!!!! Even the suites are AWFUL!

The hotel room is so nasty, I had my granddaughter write this review. You may know why I’m writing a very bad review if you have stayed here. The exterior is very nice, and so is the people that work here. They are doing renovations on the yard, pool and exterior. But, they have never made the rooms better since they were built. Which is 20+ years! Room 5127 (which is an upgraded SUITE)looks like crap. It has the carpet ripped up, the air vent is nasty, bugs in the light, and there cracks in the sink and Tub. Even the wallpaper was tearing down. This is unacceptable for all of their customers. The room looks horrible and belongs in the dumpster. I will never go back to that crappy hotel again-in fact, just canceled our reservations for May!

The worst hotel stay, ever. Mold- Valet accident.

Literally the worst hotel stay I have ever had, ever. We walked in and were immediately accosted by someone trying to sell us vacations by Hilton. Such a huge turnoff- it was late and we were hungry. We checked in which was fine but they didn't list anywhere that the hotel was under construction- or that there was no restaurant for dinner. The bartender told us, sure you can eat but we only have bar food go to the Marriot. So we walked across to Marriot and had a lovely dinner. Walked back over, get approached again about buying Hilton holiday blah blah blah run to elevators to escape and got into the hallway of floor 6 and WOW-- we were both overtaken with the musty smell and I say both because I am super sensitive so I would normally assume only I can smell it but my husband noticed right away and it got worse as we got closer to our room. Trash bag in the hall- wine glass near a door-- {All still there in the morning} We get into our room and it smells even worse which is no surprise considering the MOLD we find in our bathroom and the broken tile. It's late, we are tired. We go to sleep. We wake early and have an entire day at Disney and I do let the front know that it was a rough stay to which they offer $75 credit and want me to jump on a call but we are at Disneyland-- so, no. Next morning, guy stops us to "help check us out" and is going to give me an extra 200 points but then we quickly realize this is another attempt at selling vacation packages! WOW. When we begin to show him the pictures of our bathroom he quickly changes his spiel and says he can't help us and send us over to the front desk. They quickly give us a card with a number to text that we still {three days later} haven't heard from. They again, offer that $75 credit for our two night stay. Get car from valet. I quickly notice a giant scratch on the passenger side-- look-- my car is not perfect but it IS a nice car. It's also pretty technologically advanced and does have its own camera/dash cam system. So I start to try to look through the camera footage and the manager comes over to speak to me and says "well there's a scratch here, a scratch here, a scratch here" and I was like, oh my gosh-- this is not how you handle things. I was told that I would hear from someone immediately and never heard from anyone. Still waiting on anyone to contact me. I am not sure what was worse- the mold, the musty smell, trying to be sold a vacation property or the scratches on my car. Would never ever ever ever stay here, EVER.

    Bruno HGV Is The Best

After a terrible experience trying to check in Bruno HGV he was really friendly and sympathetic to my situation and I am getting the MyrtleBeach package because I heard it was a very beautiful vacation spot and I really didn’t have a great experience before then. Thanks Bruno for restoring my hope In Hilton not everyone is mean or judging

    Won’t book again

Hotels rooms are outdated, the bathrooms specially. The water on the showers had no temperature it was either super hot or cold. My car didn’t fit in the garage so I had to pay valet parking, when I checked out I was charged for both self park and valet parking. My other family did park at the garage and the attendant told them they had to pay there…even though parking was supposed to be paid with the room. I called to try and get a refund but the hotel said they weren’t responsible and I had to call the company for the garage who never got back with me. Therefore I was charged double for parking. Construction wasn’t bad since it’s just in the entrance but the hotel looks like a ghost town I won’t be staying here again.
