Not happy with our stay spend over $4,000 arrived on March 19th departed on March 23rd. I did not receive all of our amenities Butler was unable to make reservations at any restaurant for us all of the restaurants were booked for the whole week that we were there. Mostly ate at the buffet and the one diamond Club restaurant I was not happy with most of the food. Alcohol beverages were good. Activities were good elevators did not work the whole time we were there. We were on a third floor in a Penthouse jacuzzi suite, we had to use the service elevated when it was available or used the stairs for the 4 days that we stayed there. Most of the stuff were polite, pleasant and helpful a few were not. The Butler assigned to us did not come through for us for the money we spent, although I tip the butler the maid and all the Beach staff very well. We did not receive all of our amenities with our package. We found food in the stairwells on a daily basis sometime the same food for several days before someone removed it. A bottle of liquor was not delivered until the third day that we were there and should have been there on the first day. Entertainment was good the beach was beautiful the diamond Club that we pay for was not worth it. I was not happy with my stay. Not worth the $4,000 I paid for a Penthouse jacuzzi suite for the 4 day stay. The best part of the Resort was my son's wedding on March 22nd it was beautiful.

First time at this royalton in negril Jamaica ,staff was excellent an encouraging shout out to the fitness team and Jovie and the spa and entertainment team as welll good job to all department that make the trip possible I will be back soon yah mon!

Amazing Spring Break
The staff was amazing and accommodated our every need. Hotel room was clean and very nice. Our two butlers took care of us and got us whatever we needed. The beach entertainment from the Vibe team was great to have every day. Star Fire and her team were the best.

Apr 04, 2025Great gym experience at the Royalton Negril
The gym at the Royalton Negril had two levels and was one of the best resort gyms I have been to. It was always clean and fresh towels were available as you entered. They had plenty of machines so that I didn’t have to wait for others to finish and there was a large mirrored room for TRX or other training. I enjoyed the fruit infused ice water and bottled water that was available. There was always a gym staff there to assist you or answer any questions. Jovie was especially friendly, professional and took the time to do some personal training with us and to share the times and dates of the free workout classes available to us.

Apr 02, 2025Beautiful beech, OK hotel, terrible service
The service staff do not seem to want to work here. We had a few cases of OK service, a few cases of service that was curt and downright rude, and an overwhelming majority of cases where service was slow, lackadaisical, and couldn’t-care-less. Housekeeping sometimes failed to turn up to service our room. There was a pervading smell of ganja throughout the hotel gardens. Maybe the service staff were smoking it to contribute to their lackadaisical attitudes. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have a very thick skin to tolerate poor customer service.
