Just Don't!!!!!
This place is a serious DUMP. I wouldn't return if it was completely free. We booked the north or south tower but we were put in the central tower so clearly they don't honor what you book. DON'T book the central tower. Think motel 6 or holiday in from the 80s or 90s. They literally haven't updated this tower since it was built. Old dirty, dingy, filthy and you can't blame the house keepers it's just old and needs to be remodeled asap. Ice machines don't work on many floors. I honestly couldn't believe it when I walked into the room. The one single chair that was in the room had a huge water satin or pee stain who knows covering the entire seat. All the linen, towels and wash clothes had dirty dingy brown tinge. I could not sleep in this hotel that's how bad it was. Just don't do it.

Needs a serious overhaul...
The room wasn't anything fancy, but OK. No response to room requests, was missing blow dryer, never brought one up. After having been asked if we want daily housekeeping, no one came the first day, i had to go down and inquire. After that towels were thrown on bed, and dirty towels left in bathroom. Pillows are tiny, rooms very dusty, food was far below average, yet pricy. The second day all the machines were down the whole day and no tv or wifi in the room for almost 2 days. Apparently there was an outage from a "rain," however, even under those circumstances the staff were not at all accommodating in terms of beverage service, or compensation of "daily resort fee." Booked a non-smoking room only to be awaken all night by the HEAVY fumes of marijuana...I won't even go into the SLOW elevators. What once was a gem, is definitely no longer. ADIOS Harrah's!

Not like it used to be !
This place needs a total renovation! Old and dumpy! Food is pricey and terrible. We would not go there again. Asked for room to be cleaned and all that was done was they threw clean towels on the bed! I complained and then the room was cleaned. The bottom of my slippers were “black” from the filth on the rug!

Dated hotel but a nice visit
The room was comfortable although in need of an upgrade. The sink drain stopper was broken but they were very quick to fix it Our room was very quiet and clean with a beautiful view of the Colorado River We had some Pin Up Pizza which was excellent and we ate a few times at the Beach and we were extremely satisfied The slot's were not kind to me lol Overall we had a great stay and found the staff to be very friendly ! They have a lovely gift shop

Harrah's Lauglin
Great little getaway spot on the Colorado River, very relaxing and affordable. Showers need to be fixed or replaced so you don't spray the room. Housekeeping and waitstaff were great and very friendly. Food good and priced right. The range steakhouse wasn't open while we were there and we ate somewhere else. Needs a late night food placed, we had Megatoppers deliver us pizza and wings very reasonable and fast!
