Terrible hotel
Hello everyone. I felt the need to post this review, stayed in a suite in the north tower that was supposedly remodeled. The room door was very hard to open which I discovered was coming off the top hinge. The room had new carpet and couch other than that it was dark and beat up. The room had no light switches for lamp in sitting area, in the bedroom I discovered the cords for the ONLY lamp in bedroom was disconnected along with the alarm clock jammed behind the nightstand. The front desk opted me out of room cleaning without my acknowledgement. This place has gone to trash!!

Weekend get away
New rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable and shower has great water pressure. No issues just wish they had better selection for food. Pin up pizza is closed for most of December. Only place to eat breakfast is the beach side Cafe. Great view, nice employees. Good vibe.

Wouldn't stay again.
Room was very dated. Staff was friendly. Food was subpar. The casino bathrooms smelled terrible. Everyone was complaining, even the staff. Pretty disappointed overall. Won't stay again. Harrahs is this your new standard? Don't blame covid.

A little disappointing.
The pillows are terrible. The end of the bed came apart when my husband sat on it. We reported it but no one came to fix it. We have been several times to Harrah’s Laughlin and never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus from the airport to the hotel, this time it was about 30 minutes. And yet, here we are going again!
