    Cockroaches

    Horrible experience! Found a coackroach on the headboard walking towards my baby sleeping. This is a concerning health hazard! We switched rooms, however, customer service has been horrible. Not answering calls/ giving us wrong information. They don’t understand what we went through.

    MJ Live -

    Went to see the 'MJ Live' show in the theater at Harrah's. This is a hidden gem on the strip. The star of the show was one of the best Michael Jackson impersonators I've seen! He sang live, no lip syncing. The band was also live- which is a treat. The dancers added to the energy of the production with colorful costumes and good choreography. With so many shows in Las Vegas being ridiculously priced, this one hits it out of the ballpark with great entertainment for an affordable cost.

    Great over all experience

    the room was clean, the staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful, Ramsey's kitchen was exceptional (the food and the service), overall there was a good choice of table games and slot machines, can't beat the location on the strip

    Dont expect too much

    Stayed in King Mountain room. The positives are the staff and cleanliness of room. Not newly renovated - maybe in 1980. 20 minute wait to get coffee downstairs . View from room was all the HVAC equipment on roof. Poor lighting. Lobby music way loud. I get it its a party scene, but you cant have a conversation.

    Awesome

    We had a very nice stay in a Mountain Tower room. The bed and linens was very clean and luxurious, the TV was big and worked well, and there was plenty of lighting and outlets throughout. Just be aware, there was no fridge, no coffee pot, no microwave and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom as I have gotten used to having. We had friendly and excellent service and really enjoyed our stay here. One thing we noticed is that all fountain drinks in the hotel are Pepsi products, FYI.
