Check-in Policy: A valid credit card is required for incidentals deposit, to be authorized at check-in. Dec 19, 2024They didn’t clean the room in 3 days.
We stay for 3 days. THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM!!! We complained but they didn’t bother to fix the problem They don’t bother to send the cleaning lady. Undone beds and bathrooms. POOR SERVICE! Location is not enough. !!! Disgusting.Shame.!! Never again..

Very convenient right in the middle of the strip. Rooms nice, updated and clean. Plenty of gaming both table and slots. Nice sportsbook with comfortable seating. Fulton Street food court would be better if seating more like the cafe was before. Walk Ons a nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

An AWESOME choice despite prior misgivings!
My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to Vegas as we found a direct flight at an extremely reasonable rate and were able to get tickets to see both Shania Twain and Wynonna Judd. After looking across multiple hotels I found an awesome rate for Harrah's on the Caesar's Rewards site. We are VERY picky about the hotels we stay in so I was a bit concerned after reading all the reviews but since it was only for 3 nights we decided to give it a try. The kiosk check-in was quick and easy. The kiosk even printed directions to our room in the Valley Tower. We were so pleasantly surprised when we got to our room -- it was AWESOME! It appeared the room had been recently remodeled and it was very clean. We've stayed at the Bellagio, MGM, Planet Hollywood, Excalibur, Mirage, New York New York and the Venetian on previous stays. It's certainly difficult to compare this room to the Venetian but when comparing it to our other previous stays (with perhaps the exception of Excalibur), the room was on the same caliber as the other hotels. The casino itself is pretty basic, but it's not impossible to navigate like some of the mega-casinos. The location of Harrah's on the strip simply can't be beat! Would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is the resort fee. You can't get away from this though since all Vegas hotels charge this fee. At Harrah's however, I certainly don't know what they mean by "amenities" especially in the winter when the pool is closed -- and parking still incurs a fee. There simply are NO amenities provided that warrant a $44.95 resort fee. Other than that though we would certainly choose to stay here again.

Dec 15, 2024Front Desk Lack Of Service.
I reserved a mountain junior executive suit. On their website this is shown with two bathrooms. Upon arrival I was directed to the self check in, I said I would rather checkin with a person and was old that was not possible. That they only check you in at the desk if you have an issue at the kiosk. Prior to check in I had requested several additional upgrades. None were granted as self check in does not offer upgrades. I get up to my room and the light switches do not turn on any lights. Fumbling around in the dark. I find a lamp and luckily it turns on. I throw open the curtains and turn on the other lamps and try another switch. Still nothing. Walk into the bed area and there is no switch on the wall again I’m fumbling to find another lamp. I’m not sure why they opted for no switches in the bedroom. I called to ask for a tech to see why the switch in the living room area was not working. He arrived quickly and was very nice and told me it’s a weird design and that the switch was actually for under tv feature that is no longer there and that the lamps are the only offered lighting. My suit does NOT have the second bathroom. I called to ask and was told it’s still the suit they just have different floor plans and I can try and switch rooms tomorrow but that they won’t do anything tonight as it’s already too late. (Its 6pm) There is a mini fridge in the suit that keeps drinks slightly cooler than room temp, and the ac/heater is LOUD. But there are two separate controls one in the living area and one in the bedroom. There is a bar sink in the living area, The bathroom only has one sink. There is a large tub and the showers in the mountain tower suit has a door. Had I been given the second bathroom as advertised. Or had I been able to check in and pay extra for the upgrades I wanted this would be 5 stars. But the front desk service is horrible.

Great Stay !
Very nice experience from the moment we walked in to the lobby to opening the door to our very well cleaned room. Would stay here again. The casino floor was very well taken care of. Plenty of slots to play as well as table games to enjoy. The floor staff was very pleasant, the wait staff was on point with anything you needed at all times.
