Harrahs getting worse
Harrahs getting worse 1000466659 Been staying at harrahs for the past 4-5 years and intially it was a good experience, so we continued to book at harrahs. Unfortunately, it’s gone down hill from there. This last trip was the last straw. With the exorbitant resort fees you would think you’d get something. No coffee pot, no fridge, and we requested toilet paper one evening, called down to the desk and they said they would send some up. It never showed up. The next morning, I went to the check in and a guy proceeded to be very rude, telling me to back away from the desk. I told him we simply needed toilet paper that we requested the day before. He kept saying to back away from the desk. After a few minutes of being polite and being told to back away over and over, I decided nice wasn’t the right approach anymore. Finally he said he would go look in the back to see if they had some.. This “gentleman” wasn’t busy and I simply approached the desk he was at. Apparently he didn’t get his snickers for breakfast…sorry harrahs but we’ll be seeking other accommodations in the future

Perfect location
Perfect location in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions and also a stop on the Monorail line. The employees were friendly and helpful. I marked it down a star because the rooms don't have a mini-fridge in them, which I consider a must.

Adios Cesar's Rewards
Cesar's Rewards we have had our fun but I have to break up with you and date your sister MGM moving forward. My son and I met in Vegas to see a Dead show (Fantastic by the way) so before I make a reservation on-line early check-in fee of $50 - okay. Arrive at 11AM room not ready. That's okay we go have lunch gamble a while (OOH at a Cesar's property) come back at 3PM. Room not ready. Come back at 4PM. Room not ready. Get room keys at 5:30PM. By the way check-in lines are getting rooms starting at 3PM. Gracious supervisor at front desk explains lack of labor and offers me a $75 comp for our stay. I think that's cool. We have a good time and this morning I'm reviewing my folio from check-out. Not only was I double charged $37 the comp never appeared on my account. I called the number on the folio and now after 30 minutes of phone tree and speaking with no one I get why other say you suck. Its not about the money babe we just don't love each each any more.

Rip off
They nickel and dime you to death. Got here at 2;00 pm was told room was ready but had to pay $25 check in early fee or wait until 3;30 to check in. WTF??? Room was supposed to have a fridge was told it is an additional $20 a day for it. WTF???? Will never stay here again. At least Harrahs in Lake Tahoe is legit.

Very Average
They keep the rooms fairly nice and the bed had a good mattress, but the pillows were horrible. The hotel is, of course nothing like any of the other others such as Caesars Palace. The check-in gal was super rude and stuck us in a room with the worst view I’ve ever seen overlooking industrial pipes and steam, even though we had requested a pool view when we booked online. She told us there was nothing available, but after getting to our room and deciding to leave the hotel, if they didn’t move us, the manager got us a room with a side view of the pool, which was 100 times better. Make sure you go to Walgreens to get what you need as they have Keurig in the room, but no coffee pods and everything at the hotel is outrageously expensive. I wanted to get some milk and a small little 12 ounce bottle was $7.50. The vibe in this hotel is definitely mid and like I said nothing compared to some of the nicer hotels. Harrahs is just old and tired.
