Pleasantly surprised!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Harrah's. The check in at the kiosk was a breeze and there was also a friendly worker there to help with any issues. We arrived a few hours early and gladly paid the $50 early check in fee (this goes down the closer you are to 4:00). The room was very nice, very clean and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds! The only complaint I could find is that the bedside outlets do not hold a plug at all. The plug just falls out so I had to find an alternate outlet of which there were very few and none near the bed. Minor inconvenience. The Ivy app worked great for any issues. We asked for room cleaning when we checked in and that happened daily although later in the day. Again, no problem. The gym is very small for this size of a hotel. It had adequate machines. I would suggest adding some yoga mats for stretching. Location is great. McDonald's is right next door for coffee that is less than the $12 Starbucks! Casino Royale was also fun to visit for more of an old Vegas feel. I would gladly book Harrah's again. The price was great, friendly, helpful staff, easy to check in and out, clean, and super comfy beds. What more could you ask?

Very Disappointed
Beware of choosing Harrahs Las Vegas. When we arrived, the shampoo and body wash were empty, with only a couple of tissues on the boxed tissue. When I received the bill, they charged the refreshments that we did not touch and even the snacks that I did not see there. This is just ridiculous. I could not even rate this as 1!

Dissapointed
We were looking forward to meeting up with friends. We drove 12 hours to get there and had to pay to park. I didn't know that ahead of time. (Guess I should've read the fine print. My fault.) The machines were tight and not much fun to play. The food was good, but a little expensive. It was loud with all the music and noise, it was not pleasant to sit in the food court. We walked to other restaurants on the strip to eat. No refrigerator, I thought all hotels had a refrigerator. No complementary coffee or water. They had a rack of high dollar stuff in the room to tempt us, it didn't work. The glass side sliding door from the bathroom to the closet was a pain. I will find another place to stay in the future. Overall the free room was not free.

Scam with poor customer service and faulty room keys
I am a platinum member stayed Monday 11/11/24 arrived 3:15 pm insisted I pay $25 for early check in or could leave bags come back at 4. Next morning went for breakfast at 8 came back to room at 9:30 am and none of our keys would work. Went down to front desk they gave me new keys. Went back to the room they didn't work. Called down to desk told them I had to catch a plane they thought the battery in the door lock was broke would send maintenance. I'm in my late 60's have bad knees couldn't sit on the floor. Waited standing outside of our room for 45 minutes called front desk on the phone and insisted they tell me when the maintenance would arrive, they wouldn't give me an answer. I asked housekeeping, they refused to try. Maintenance finally showed up I was steaming. He swiped his key and said the key making machine at the front desk must be broke as he had others just like this. Grabbed our bags checked out and went to the parking garage put our ticket in to be let out swiped our room key and it wouldn't open, tried my players card and nothing it wouldn't let us out until I paid $20 for the parking. I will never stay there again.

Ugh
My room had a beautiful view of a garage under construction and the soothing sound of construction ALL NIGHT. Basic food options were horrid. Old facility needs to be razed. Bedding in bags in the hall had bugs. Stay at an off-strip dive. You'll have a better experience.
