Dirty and Outdated
Nothing about this place was good. The hotel smelled awful, the rooms smelled like straight bleach and I had to be moved to a different floor because the maids used so much bleach everyone was complaining. The check in process and discrepancies between third party booking and the actual hotel is ridiculous. Overall feel was Dirty, Overpriced and even the elevators as one lady said smelled like dirty feet! The coffee shop said they couldn't take cash ( Starbucks) which the front desk said was not normal. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my trip. Good thing they are now getting a total renovation..

Biloxi Vacation
Our 1st time to Biloxi and really enjoyed it! Harrahs is in a great location. Food was great, there are sight seeing options close by and Ivy always willing to help to schedule anything to do. Gaming floor is nice, lots of new slots, plenty of table games. Our couples group donated more than we won; But still enjoyed this very much and would recommend Harrahs Biloxi to anyone who hasn’t been there before. The property is becoming aged; but heard there are plans to renovate/upgrade in the future. The employees were very kind! Table game folks answered questions, servers always keeping your drink glass full. Southern hospitality was real and not fake. Thanks Biloxi for a great time. We will be back again for sure!

Improvements Needed but Still Worth a Visit.
Wife and I had free rooms at Harrahs Gulf Coast Hotel and casino. Since moving to Florida we have visited the Harrahs in Cherokee NC on a few occasions so we decided to try a new location. We reserved a room for three nights and I asked for a room upgrade based on comments on Trip Advisor. We got the upgrade which put us on an upper floor (9th) with a gulf view. It was only $17 a night for the upgrade and worth it. We were surprised to find there is no valet parking. We did have our luggage taken to our room by the bell hop. There are a lot of comments on how the hotel is showing age and it is true to an extent. The tile in the room had grout missing and some chips. There is wear in the hallways and the carpets. You need to request maid service. Seems like a standard since COVID. We miss the daily service without asking for it. Overall our room was comfortable. We used the pool and I used the hot tub. Again the pool needs some updating but my wife’s complaint was there was no service at the pool and the bar at the pool was closed. During our stay we had to go inside to the bar to get towels. The Hot Tub is huge and it was comfortable even during the day. We had sunshine and views of the gulf. We visited the gift shop and we ordered Star Bucks for breakfast each day. And we enjoyed the casino which I will review separately. There are definite improvements that can be made but it’s a good location and the employees were courteous and friendly

Not a good stay.
My mate and I stayed for Cruise The Coast at this Harrah's from Sunday 10/06/2024 and checked out Sunday 10/13/2024. A very disturbing stay overall. The firtst disappointment when arriving, we were told we had to pay $500.00 to park our pickup and trailer on the gravel lot. I had called your facility on 9/30/24 and was told I could park on the gravel lot, west side of Casino at NO CHARGE as long as we were staying at Harrah's. We were charged the $500.00 for parking when we checked out. The first night she had to sleep with a mask made of Kleenex as she is allergic to dogs and had hard time breathing. The next morning we found dog or some kind of poop on the bathroom floor. Let it soak into a wet towel and most came up, verifying what it was. Room was not representing Harrah's as we are accustomed too. It was not clean and no wash clothes and one hand towel. We went to front desk and was told that the 2nd floor was a DOG FLOOR!!! They then moved us to 12th floor which was better. The towels and wash cloth situation was there also and we were supposed to check back with housekeeping around 3PM after truck came in??? We did eventually get 2 clean wash cloths and towels which we had to use more than once.. Housekeeping was always out, waiting for laundry truck. That was a nicer room but not up to Harrah's standards. We met with the Casino Host and Marketing Manager about our experience and they were very nice, however, we still had to pay the $500.00 parking on your dusty, dirty parking lot. We will have more expense getting our truck and trailer cleaned from the dirty dusty parking lot. This will be the last time we stay at this Harrah's as it was overall a bad week there. We did enjoy the Cruise The Coast event and will be back for it next year but with different hotel accommodations.
