Zen and Jasmin
Jasmin in the Zen restaurant was amazing. She was thoughtful and funny. Highly recommend. The kiwi sake was refreshing and tasty. The food was delicious. Everyone has a smile and is very nice. The best of the restaurants here at Hard Rock. Enjoy!

Captain Juan, Jazmin were wonderful and we had a fantastic time. We loved dinner and we had an amazing time. Their dedication was fantastic and I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you for your time and consideration for caring for us.

Great cabana service!
Amazing service. Gregorio is An amazing person. He serviced our cabana on three separate occasions while we were at the hard rock hotel in puerta valllarta in Mexico. Service was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff is great.
