We just returned from a 10 day stay April 10-20. Travelled with 2 kids 8 & 11. Overall great property and great experience! If I could give it a 4.5 I would have. Our biggest complaint would be about the rooms, they really do need a update. If they could remove the large tubs and provide 2 Queen sized beds it would really make a difference to families. Food was great and plentiful. Lots of options for lunch around the pools. Kids loved the ice cream options. Entertainment staff and shows were awesome! Michael Jackson show was fun. Rented beach cabana's a couple days, shout out to the servers there :) very much worth the cost. Disliked the pool chair game, it really is terrible here! Saw some peoples belongings removed by staff after being left unattended for quite sometime. The people returned to accuse the new chair occupants of stealing there stuff. Quite a heated argument ensued.

I am still onsite as of this writing and have been here for a few nights. My honest feedback is I will never consider to come back to this place for the following reasons: 1) place feel old, no functioning space, no comfortable seating to relax anywhere in the property 2) too many kids 3) service level seriously lacking, be it restaurant or by the pool. In general service is subpar compared to the similar properties in Cancun 4) restaurants limited only 5 for dinner and nothing after 10:30pm, no sports bar 5) room is tiny and feel like holiday inn even with rock royalty rooms. 6) gym close at 6pm! I can name a few more but you get the ideas. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing time at the Hard Rock!!
We had such a great time at the Hard Rock! Time around the pool and the nightly entertainment were a lot of fun. The staff were amazing! A shout out to Manuel, who was always happy to serve and have a quick chat, Kevin, Diana, Reid, Carlos, Georgia, and Alex who made me the most amazing Mexican Coffee. Thank you!!

Good experience
Great customer service and really enjoyed the entertainment crew ( Kevin, Georgia, Carlos, Alex, treads, Diana,manual, Reid) they were awesome!! They had really good food with amazing staff!! I really enjoyed my time there and the entertainment crew made one person in our group’s birthday a really special one!!
