Excellent environment, great entertainment team, come here if You want to have a great time, a lot of activities organized everyday to keep guests happy! Love it Love to spend time with Martin, Daniela, Luna and Obi Would like to have more aquaerobics!! Thanks for everything

Great winter getaway
We had a great time at the hotel. The suite had plenty of room for our family of five and lovely views of the ocean and pools. The restaurants offer a lot of variety and ample food and drinks are always available. The pools and beach area were great places to relax, and the hotel is close enough to explore other areas (like Chichen Itza). I would recommend the resort!

Did not Disappoint
I booked this hotel at the last minute. I really am surprised how much I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely would book again. Food was probably so far the best resort food I have ever had. Juan was my pool guy was very attentive. I was leary to book but the pictures are not showing all the updates the property really has. I promise you will not be disappointed. Some downfalls was the ocean but if you have little kids that want to go into the ocean its perfect. Electricity was being turned off during the night for 2 hours. No air....Far from airport like 45min. but im on vacation so I wasnt in a rush. Place is big but I needed to walk off all the food I ate. Entertainment nonstop.

Hard Rock fun!
We love the hotel and the hospitality. Our butler Naef was exceptional! We can’t wait to come back! Our son had lots of fun meeting new people. We also loved the Bali beds and shout out to Alex who works very hard and takes very good care of his guests.

highly recommend
The service at Hard Rock resorts is top notch, we're members, and I highly recommend. The food is amazing, and there's plenty of variety. It's great for family, or a couples escape, and the numerous pools keep you cool in the Caribbean heat. Thanks Naef for everything!
