    Exceptional experience at Hard Rock

Everything about our recent stay at the hard rock los cabos was beyond our expectations, the resort is very clean, food was excellent and service impeccable. Especially Manny who has taken care of us and made sure we were having a good stay and answered any questions we may have also let us know about any activities. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be returning! Thank you hard rock staff for making our vacation truly exceptional

Great experience, even better if you go with a member who has butler service!

What a fantastic week we had there! Truly an amazing staff of people who responded to or even predicted our every need quickly, energetically and enthusiastically. HUGE SHOUT OUT to: Butlers Dani y Raul Pool Concierge Kev, Lalo y mi favorito Isma Pool Wait Staff Hanibal, Neto y Christofer The whole team at El Gallo but especially Becca, Selene y Luz Toro Waiter Frank All the restaurants were good but Toro was outstanding and El Gallo was hands down my overall favorite. All the pools are great but if you have access to the Members area, then I recommend just staying there for the most part. Higher count of staff per guest, better drinks, more comfortable lounges, reserved spaces but plenty of openings if you don't want to plan ahead. Side note: if you reserve a spot, for bleep's sake, please use it! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the biggest pool area but we didn't have much of a problem with noise. Only one night, when there was an event above Los Gallos, they went past the normal 10 pm shutdown but all things considered, not too bad. I mean, it's a Hard Rock, so you're not going to find a lot of quiet places to hang out and chill other than the beach itself. Some of the shows, like the circus, were good but others less so. FYI it's clearly communicated ahead of time including in Google reviews but people were still surprised that you cannot access the ocean from this beach. Physically, it's right there but it's considered black flag dangerous 100% of the time so no entry. Still nice to look at with fantastic views. If you are a Member and not sure about upgrading to the Butler level, you should really consider it. It's a huge time saver and definitely makes the visit more enjoyable. If they offer a trial run at one of your updates, then ask for Dani but be warned, once she has been your butler, you'll want to buy into that level and also go back to Los Cabos every time.

    Great hotel and spectacular service!

This resort was perfect for our girls getaway. It is a great hotel with beautiful views and fabulous pools. The best part was the service we received from our butler Ted! Everday he checked in with us multiple times and took care of everything we needed. He made us feel so special and well cared for. Our trip would not have been the same without him! Because of Ted we will definitely be back!

The Best Butlers at Hard Rock

We were here over New Years. We had absolutely the best time. The resort is clean the service impeccable, food delicious. We go to Hard Rocks often and this is by far the best one. Our butlers, Oscar and Atzin, were absolutely amazing. Attentive kind helpful and anticipated all of our needs before we even needed to think of them. We were a large party of 8, we had dinner reservations for every night right at 7pm all together, our rooms were placed close together (shockingly this is a huge feat for hard rock and almost never gets accomplished at their Punta Cana resort), and they always managed to get us the best seats at the pools! They were a huge contribution to the amazing trip we had. Just a few complaints about the resort and warning to anyone going with children. Kids are not allowed in the hot tubs. This really is a shame. The wind off the ocean makes it chilly there often and the pools are not heated. Usually mid afternoon everyone is cold and would love to warm up in the hot tubs but lifeguards patrol rather aggressively kicking kids out left and right. As a legendary member I was hugely dissatisfied with this new rule and as a physician I did not agree that “hot tubs are not safe for kids.” Which was always the excuse given to us. Their hot tubs are kept at about 99 degrees (checked with our Apple Watches) which is the temperature of a warm bath… the temperature mixed with no access to hot tubs made us end our pool days early. Because of this we most likely will not be going back. Second complaint they do not allow anyone to throw balls in the pool. I’m sure someone must have gotten hit one day and now this is a blanket rule for all their pools excluding one tiny one in the back of the resort. Just put a damper on the trip that the kids couldn’t really play. The pool they do allow kids to play in has a very rough surface the kids all came out with bloody toes. I know we were not the only ones with bloody toes as there was dried blood scattered all over the pool deck.
