Nov 20, 2024Hard Rock Los Cabos family vacation
My last day here, stayed Nov.16-21, can not say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. They are the nicest people I have ever met. Led by the entertainment team, Tony and his crew were excellent. The servers at the pool, Brandon, Ivan, and Anibal were always there to help us with anything we asked of them. Also, one of the nicest and most genuine person I have ever met, Brenda, make sure you see her to start your day by the pool. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. The food was great as well. Julio in Zen, Jorge in Los Gallegos, Conchita in Marketplace, all phenomenal people. Upon arrival we met Ana, who was super helpful as well. Thank you Hard Rock, we will definitely return

Terrific Vacation
My wife of 34 years and I have been traveling/vacationing for over 3 decades and I/we can honestly say that our 2 week vacation in Cabo San Lucas at the Hard Rock Hotel is one of the very best vacations we have even taken. Our 2 personal assistants, Sal and Ted, were absolutely wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Honeymoon - great service, food, drinks, etc.!
We went to Cabo for our Honeymoon and stayed at the Hard Rock. It was a phenomenal experience and time. The food was amazing, service was excellent and can't wait to go back! We were able to experience the Legendary Hall of Fame while we were there. Our butler, Oscar, was AMAZING and made our honeymoon fantastic! He was always on top of everything and made it a stressless honeymoon. He booked everything for us, provided an itinerary with pool reserved spots, dinner reservations, activities, and more! SJ was also AMAZING at his job! He did a great job of providing upbeat activities, making you feel involved rather, remembering you, etc. The entire staff worked extremely hard to ensure everyone's stay was relaxing. We can't wait to go back sometime!

Horrible place to be! Pools are cold. They will not turn on pool heaters. Management will do nothing. They take our money and then beg for more. Members are leaving pool areas, too cold to get into pools. Wait staff cannot get orders correct. Cannot wait to leave.

Great November vacation
Awesome 10 days at Hard Rock Los Cabos Rhythm pool was great during our 10 day stay Stephanie, Santos, Ruben, and Carlos were great at the pool with drinks and whatever we needed Oscar and Atzin were awesome butlers Giovanni at Ipanema was awesome as was the food there Manuel at Toro was great and so was the food The Market was solid for a quick breakfast and lunch Zen was also great for ala carte and teppanyaki and the service was excellent Ciao was very good The entire staff was great to work with as usual The whales and releasing of the turtles added to the excellent vacation!
