Our family stayed at the resort for a milestone Birthday. Our expectations of our experience, food, resort and staff were exceeded. A special thank you to Salvador who made sure everything was perfect! He made our Rock Royalty experience perfecto. We will definitely be coming back!

Gorgeous resort and amazing customer service
The resort was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was beyond amazing. Kenya checked us in and was a focal point of our trip. She checked in on us every day and helped us celebrate our engagement! Edgar was also amazing! We will definitely be back because of the memorable experience they helped provide us.

Birthday Surprise!!
Yazmin, Gonzalo, Diego and Lalo surprised my daughter on a pool side for her 18th birthday celebration. It was really sweet thanks you all for the amazing gestures as well as taking such good care of me and my family. Wonderful staff and great experience. Thank you all!

Great experience at Hard Rock Los Cabos.
Great first experience. Wonderful friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Plenty of places to have some quiet time if you get tired of the more active areas. Beautiful sunsets.! We were able to see the whales. We had a wonderful butler. We were given Oscar for the week and he was amazing!!!

Hard rock Los Cabos
Nice hotel layout. Friendly staff. Salvador was great in making stay easy. He always made sure everything was available when I needed it. The buffet was nice too. The beach is not safe to use so you are advised not to swim in it. The place is well maintained.
