    Great Experience

    I enjoyed myself. It was a birthday trip with my girls. The resort is very beautiful and fun. I appreciate Salvador and Ted, they were very helpful. Anything I needed done at the resort they were able to do it. Would highly recommend this resort.

    Had a great Holiday

    We had a great time .. we stayed for 5 Nights in Dec, the weather was perfect at that time , Beautiful and well maintained resort. We got upgraded to Rock Royalty rooms, Gonzalo was our concierge, He was very attentive to our needs , helped us in making required reservations. And he arranged a beautiful surprise for my husband’s birthday, with cake , decorations and wine. And on our last day Gonzalo setup a little cute scavenger hunt for my 5 years old kid, which was fun. Overall we had a great time at the resort, Food was ok, service was good most of the time. And we liked the spa too.

    Loud and Gross

    EXTREMELY loud music. Not relaxing at all. Was told the wedding will end at midnight so we are stuck in our room feeling like we're in a club, while trying to get a 10 month to sleep. The building is run down and gross. Everything is dirty and sticky.

    Poolside Bliss!!

    Muchos gracias to Israel, Miguel, Aaron, Brenda and all the servers for providing us with the friendliest hospitality at the pools every day! We are most grateful for all their hard work giving us the best experience possible Hard Rock Los Cabos!!

    Five Star Service

    Miguel and Brenda were absolutely incredible as was Aaron. They provided for our every need. Wishing them so much success and hope to see them soon. They could not have been more accommodating. That offer us a floater so that we could enjoy the pool.
