Paridise pass
Food was terrible. Biggest problem was paridise pass ripped us off for 499 $ then wanted 99 $ so we wouldn’t lose the 499 $ it’s a scam and hard rock is responsible. I am a high roller never step foot in a hard rock casino again. Take the 499 $ and enjoy your peanuts. Never ever again Denise Goncalis from paradise from Cancun stop emailing me or I will report her. 👎👎👎👎with hard rock

Hard Rock Cancun Spring Break
Excellent like always! We had a fabulous spring break at HR Cancun. Nothing beats the Vibes of Hard Rock resorts, and that's why keep coming back to this OG location. Beautiful beaches, super friendly staff and excellent service. This wouldn't have been a perfect vacation if it weren't for Kevoy and Neto, our butlers. At the pool, we love seeing familiar faces that are as friendly as always, the pools boys Willy and Tacho, with towels on hands and ready to assist. The servers, Fausto & Hector (HH) was with us almost all week, and he was soo on point with refills. At the beach, David I think - can't recall the name but I just wish I could go back. The restaurants were great, we did Zen twice (they are all hibachi tables), Isla was my mother in laws favorite, toro was great. Overall a great vacation!!!

Amazing Vacation at the Hard Rock Cancun!
Thank you Hard Rock for a fantastic stay. My family and I enjoyed every moment. Hard Rock has an amazing staff who certainly made our vacation fun and relaxing. A big thank you to Yared, Victoria, Gray, Nestor, Christian and Chac at Torro and Beto, Peewee and Angel at Frieda restaurant, your hospitality and dedication to ensuring the guests are comfortable and given great service was truly appreciated. The entertainment staff did a fantastic job keeping the energy up poolside and every night at the concert hall (The Fuego show and Micheal Jackson show were spectacular!) We loved the really big infinity pool overlooking the pristine beach. We’ve been to a few other resorts further south, however this location by far had the cleanest beach (minimal seaweed!) We enjoyed swimming in the clear blue water; although some days were too windy to boogie board. Overall we thought the resort had amazing service and great drinks and the food was really good (especially at Isla and Ciao restaurants). We felt the resort did lack a good teen zone for the older kids to hang out and the gym could be larger for the amount of guests it can serve but Pedro and Emmanuel did a great job welcoming and getting them what they needed to those to get some exercise. We definitely recommend this resort!

Incredible Oceanfront Suites!!!
A bit disappointed as the family and I entered Hard Rock Resort Cancun as we were expecting a tropical tranquil vibe but it was a modern resort with guitars and continuous music. All that changed when Cristina front desk receptionist offered us an upgrade from a connecting family two bedrooms ocean view to a large oceanfront two bedroom suites with a dining and living room plus a breathtaking wrap around balcony, rooms 812 and 814. Restaurant: Ciao was our favorite, food was simply delicious. It was followed by Zen, Asian cuisine, then Isla Sur, seafoods and at the bottom was Toro, steakhouse. You would think it should be our #1 considering it looks so romantic inside plus it overlooks the beach but the steak was just average quality. Frida the buffet restaurant fulfilled our needs for breakfast. However the servers at Frida don't seem to enjoy their jobs, grumpy and in a rush. Maybe retraining would be a suggestion. Entertainment: The night shows were fabulous. The pool games were great, even the whole family were so excited with the energetic and excellent pool entertainers. Ceviche cooking show was enjoyable. The Bad: As a family we have always booked cabanas in our yearly spring break tradition now in its 14th year and we have mostly been pleased with the cabanas either by the beach or the pool. Hard Rock Cancun cabanas were definitely a joke and I cancelled the reservations I have after the first day using it. I guess the daily price reflects that too. It is better to save seats as early as you can. Moreover say no to those representatives asking you to attend a breakfast lecture for a discounted price on spas and other amenities that's not included in the all inclusive. Don't fall for it, this is a vacation. Conclusion: If you like to party, be entertained, this resort is for you. But if you desire the peace and tranquility of an island resort book somewhere else. My thanks to DREAM MAKERS VACATION SERVICES especially Michael McHugh for making it happen for the family.

Filthy and unkept
I don’t know who reviews this place , but I can only think they must get paid or something.its misleading for guests tbh. It is the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in , in my life !! The common areas are filthy , sticky and dated . All the windows are filthy - dead cockroaches in the grounds . Worst thing is the buffet restaurant had mass buildups of dust and dirt where guests are eating . It put me off eating there . I stayed 1 night before having to book an alternative hotel at our own expense . TUI wouldn’t move us , without charging a further £3,000 -to move to a Rui that we’re charging £2500 on booking .com absolutely disgusting customer care . We paid £10,000 to stay for 10 days with 2 adults and our child - for that money , I at least expect cleanliness. In fact , that’s a lot of money. We have paid a further £6500 to move to the majestic elegance off our own backs through booking .com. Beautiful hotel ,and ironically cheaper than the hardrock for standard rooms . Please , if you have standards do not waste your money at this place . It’s simply horrible .
