Diego M was the best butler we ever had. He was very polite and eager too please. He set up a special dinner for my wife and I, which was very thoughtful. He set us up with our seats at the pool everyday and made sure that we were taken care of in every aspect of our trip. The next time we go back I hope that Diego M and Kevoy our are butlers again.

Couple's long weekend away from the kids
Our stay was so amazing! OUR butler Diego M.'s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. He possess a unique ability to actively listen to what we wanted in our vacation, understood our needs, and provided excellent service that exceed expectations. His positive and empathetic demeanor creates a welcoming and relaxing vacation. I recommend everyone ask for Diego and can't wait for our next vacation at the HR

Pros: Clean both the property and the beach. Theater where nightly shows are held has plastic stadium seats (some resorts have cement stairways which become 'theater' at night. Always had music playing on speakers throughout property. Cons: Every time you walk thru lobby you are attacked by aggressive Time-share salespeople. You can't walk away without them following you. I must have said the word 'No' at least 60 times. Very annoying and the main reason I would never go to HR again. Mini fridge and room snacks never refilled. Took away used hand towels and never replaced (we had to use beach towels) Food is adequate but buffet is pretty bad. Hallways smell musty and don't appear to have A/C. Rock Royalty room was supposed to come with water bottle and beach bag but did not. Most balconies have peeling paint. Everything seems to be well-worn. Even the elevators have missing signs. If you are looking for an intimate romantic dinner, you will have to speak up and enunciate over the music blaring in the restaurants.

Excellent customer service
The resort was beautiful and the staff were phenomenal. Special thanks to Jessi and Manuel from guest services. They made sure that all of our wants were met and always on time with any request. They did everything possible to make our stay so special. Jeni the server for the island area was also amazing.

Great family trip! Best beach. Will definitely be back.
The Butler service from Kevoy and Diego was top notch! Made the week very enjoyable. The entertainment staff does a great job at engaging every one and ensuring all have fun. The beach was in great shape and beach beds are very comfortable. Drink service was fast and professional.
