A standard (good) Hampton Inn near the beach
We arrived late and had difficulty finding the hotel from Navarre Beach. (Turn left off the causeway, not right, and go about 3 miles.) Once we found it, everything else was fine. A standard (good) Hampton Inn with a good staff, facilities, and breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking and other necessities.

Avoid at all cost
Checked in thankfully for just one night. Very poor reception staff. The corridors and banging of doors is so noisy, do not expect to get a nights sleep. My biggest disaster was the laundry. It is paid by credit card. Because I was from Europe it would not accept my card. When making a purchase I normally enter my pin number. This did not have the facility and continually declined my card. I went back to reception on several occasions but they were of NO HELP. I had poured in the detergent so could not remove the laundry. She told me previous guests had issues but they did not own the laundry facility and gave me a number to ring. I left a message and left the hotel 15 hours later and they had still not returned my call. I have no idea how the hotel can provide laundry but it is not there responsibility. On one occasion when I went back to the laundry after about 2 hours I met a gentleman whom I paid the cost of the laundry in cash and he used his card to help me. Otherwise I would not be able to have it done DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...........STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL

Charged us $20.00 more for our room. We did not damage the room. Had to go to third floor to get ice. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel nice room. Hotel was not close to beach. Price was a little to much for not being close to the beach. Don't think animals should be allowed in a hotel

Hampton Inn Navarre!
I visit my son in Navarre quite often. I typically stay in a hotel nearby. This Hampton Inn is in a good location. I’ve found the rooms and common areas to be clean. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn Fare. Millie and Jennifer were totally awesome! The best Hilton employees that we’ve encountered in a long time! Millie was engaging with the guest and made sure that everyone had what they needed. They kept the very busy area stocked and clean. This Hampton Inn is very lucky to have them represent the Hilton brand. A true asset to the company! Hilton please try to find more employees that care just like Millie and Jennifer!

A wonderful hotel staff
A friendly hotel with a wonderful staff. My wife and I had an exceptional experience during our stay with the staff and the accommodations at this hotel. The woman that helped us at the front desk, Nichelle, couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. She was a pleasure to meet and work with. I highly recommend this location and when the opportunity arises, will visit again. Thank you for making our visit pleasant and comfortable.
