Our family of 15 had the most incredible time at the fabulous Grand Velas! From the moment we arrived, the warm and gracious staff made us feel completely at home. Perla, our concierge was wonderful! Her attention to detail-along with the team-and their genuine hospitality were beyond compare. The restaurants were fantastic offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience! The beach service was equally terrific! Patricia was so attentive and accommodating ensuring our family could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The resort itself was beautifully maintained with plenty of activities to keep everyone happy from the youngest to the oldest in our group. It was the perfect destination for creating unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Grand Velas!

Our Go To Favorite All Inclusive Resort!
Our return to Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was fabulous from the moment we stepped on the property. Greeted with cold towel, refreshing drink, complementary massage during checkin. Our bell hop escorted with our luggage to suite and provided tour suite amenities. Our concierge, Chepe met us next to verify preferred SPA and dinner reservations as well any additional requests. He also met us daily poolside to check on our stay and change any daily plans as desired. The pool is beautiful and service attendants and bar tenders work hard to ensure you are comfortable, full, and hydrated. All the restaurants offer plenty of choices and food is excellent along with the service. Five Star all inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta makes you feel welcome and special and is our go to vacation spot! We look forward to our next visit. Special thanks to Nadia, Ricardo, Jose, Jefe, Leonel and the rest of the pool and restaurant service teams!

Excellent family resort
Amazing location, sunsets are incredible, staff attentive, rooms comfortable. Buffett food not superior, but restaurant dining superb. Huge shout out to Zenon and Gustavo as the most excellent servers from the pool to dinners - these guys work 12 hour days, 7 days a week and always have a smile on their face!!

Fabulous resort!
We are now Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit huge fans! We have traveled many places on family trips, but this was one of our favorites! Every staff person was kind and attentive. Juan was our pre-concierge. We had to change several reservations and Juan was understanding and quick to answer all our questions. Maria was the personal concierge for our family. She kept in touch every day of our visit and made sure we were all having fun. Vianney in housekeeping kept our suite spotless. Francisco, our beach attendant, made sure our glasses were never empty. Our 3 bedroom family suite was so beautiful. We chose to eat some dinners on our patio because we hated to leave the view. It was such a fabulous trip that we hope to return in February!

Grand Velas exceeded expectations - from the staff, service and restaurants to the pool, grounds and kids activities - everything was first class. You’ll be fortunate if you have Perla as your concierge too. She went above and beyond for our family from the moment we checked-in to the second of our departure. No doubt we’ll be back soon.
