Jan 22, 2025Fantastic resort!! Would definitely recommend and go again!
Our family (7 adults, 2 teens, 2 toddlers) stayed for 5 days at Grand Velas Cabo. It was quite literally a perfect experience for us. We had 5 rooms there - each one had a spectacular view of the sunrise each morning. The resort is beautiful. Luxurious but at the same time very relaxed and laid back. The infinity pools are warm and beautiful, the kids area was perfect for our toddlers. The suites are gorgeous and extremely spacious. Ana, the concierge who helped us, made sure every detail of our stay was ideal. Our kids who have a two and four year old had a really nice crib and a bed for them. Ana coordinated our dinners and excursions as well as spa appointments, photographer (the photos are really beautiful) and car service. Every morning she sent all of us an email with information about our day ahead. She was so nice and responsive and really helped make our vacation extraordinary. Our family is full of Philadelphia Eagles fans and when I asked if there was somewhere we could watch the playoff game Ana set up the sports bar area so we could watch. She and her team put up some balloons and letters spelling our name. It was a really special afternoon and she really went above and beyond to help us enjoy the game. Restaurants are all delicious and the service was terrific. Every meal was awesome and every single person we met was so nice and helpful. We ate family style because there were a lot of us and so we were lucky enough to try lots of the menu options - they did not disappoint. They were really nice restaurants but also comfortable for our family with kids. Spa experience was one of the best ever. Kristina was the massage therapist who I had but all of the adults in our group had massages and everyone loved them and really really enjoyed the Water Ceremony. All in all it was a really great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to an all-inclusive resort. I wish I knew the names of all the team who we worked with because I’d like to mention them all!

Grand Velas lives up to the hype!
We just returned from our stay at Grand Velas and our entire family agreed that it was the best trip ever! Josue (our concierge), Paul (by the pool), and Tatiana (in the teen club) all made our stay magical. All of the wait staff was so friendly and kind. The beds were great. The views are spectacular (we stayed in a sunrise suite). The rooms themselves are so spacious and accommodating. The food exceeded our expectations and is some of the best we’ve had in all of our visits to the area (20+ visits). We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing
What an amazing resort. Our concierge Ana was amazing and took care of everything we needed! Would recommend this resort to everyone! Definitely ask for Ana she will make sure you have an amazing experience. Food was great and the views were spectacular!

All-Inclusive Delivers on Food, Staff & Grounds!
All-inclusive resort where everything is really ALL-inclusive & staff that smothers you with assistance - our personal concierge Gianni Parades planned, prepared & executed! FOOD: 6 gorgeous dinner restaurants & Cocina De Autor has Michelin Star! Sen Lin (Thai) opened Dec 2024 & Loto Robata Grill (Japanese/Mexican vibe) has a key chef who moved over from Cocina De Autor … Had Tomahawk steak at Grand Velas … 4 thick lamb ribs one night, melt-in-your-mouth short rib the next night … Small portions mean we get more appetizers. Day restaurant Azul is at pool: B’fast ranges from omelettes to sashimi … Trad’l high-end buffet of US favs on one side and a high-end offering of meats, sashimi, yogurts & so much more. The Key: Super high-end food with gorgeous presentations & staffing. POOLS: 3 large pools and 1 is adult only. All have hot tubs and pool bars are great - but no need to swim up because of great pool-chair service. All drinks are included, so no one minds a waiter asking if we want more! The Key: Comfy chairs all over, no fighting! Every room has water view … grounds always immaculate (we’ve stayed for one week multiple times … Can provide private pickup at airport … Never felt safer or more pampered … Had 90-minute massage & 90-minute men’s facial. Those are pricey, but you come here to be treated like a VIP!

Grand Velas resort
Gianni, our concierge, was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly attentive and friendly. He recommended fantastic restaurants, made reservations for us, and even went the extra mile by decorating our suite with all the bachelorette decorations as a surprise from my girlfriends. He did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the resort. I would 100% return! Thank you again, Gianni, for making my bachelorette trip so memorable and enjoyable! The resort, the staff, everything was A++++.
