Feb 03, 2025Not my favorite hotel and experience, but extremely friendly staff.
We are members and this wasn't my favorite. We were downgraded to a room with 2 full size beds, so we slept in separate beds the entire trip. There was no sunshine until 2:30 in the pool area, and only lasted until 6. The pool was 5 feet deep everywhere and freezing cold. I'm 5'1" so I couldn't even hang out in the pool. There was just a lot that we were unhappy about. But we love Puerto Vallarta. Just probably won't come back to this particular hotel.

Had another great experience! Orlando, server at the buffet, Daniel and ricco, bartenders, Maria, who sat us at the buffet, and last but not least, Maribel who made my eggs every morning with the biggest and friendliest smile ever just some of the most wonderful people who made our experience great! Love the resort cause it’s nice and quiet, and fun

Pleasant stay with a few bumps
For the most part my friends and I had a pleasant stay at this resort. However, we did have problems with a vacation club as they promised us so one hour tour in exchange for a pre-arranged deal. The tour was about 3 hours and when the day came for our deal it became a huge issue. The food was mostly good if not a little boring. Service was generally very good staff was friendly attentive and pleasant. They did at times have large parties such as a wedding which took away staff and resources from guests staying in the hotel. The bars were generally well stocked, some of the bartenders made weak drinks though but they were happy to give you shots to add. They seem to keep everything pretty clean. The pool seats though filled up very quickly and they were not nearly enough for all the guests. They also did not have any chairs that you could bring out onto the beach.

I had a good time
The cooking class was very fun. It was very easy to follow and good food. The room is very nice with a lot of space. Service always come on time and we never have anything missing from the room for a long period of time. The pillows are nice and the bed is comfy
