Dec 29, 2024Excellent Vacation Spot!
Areli helped us have a great start to our morning with a not so early Yoga session! We did dancing, made bracelets, and have enjoyed the pool and drinks. The beach view has been very relaxing. Thanks for a great adventure Karla, Areli and team!

Dec 28, 2024Christmas Vacation.
This was our first time in PVR and the hotel did not live up to expectations at all. Here are a few things to think about if you will be coming here around December. - The breeze off the ocean makes the hotel cold in the mornings and at night so dress warm. -The beach is unusable due to the weather. The black flags were up 4 out of 5 days we were there. -Majority of the staff did not speak english so it made it difficult to get any help sometimes and lots of misunderstanding. -Wifi is non-existent in the rooms and throughout the resort. If you want usable service you need to go sit in the lobby. Cellular network also sucked. - On the 4th day we ran out of hot water. -The shower was dirty and lots of black gunk between the shower door and tile. -Because of the location of the pools they were unusable till mid afternoon and good luck getting a chair as they were all taken by 8am. -They concierge staff tried pushing us on a 1 hour presentation to get our family on friends to become members and when we said no thank you they became unhelpful and dismissive. Overall this is not a luxury resort as the name says.

Funtastic team was awesome. I loved bingo was super amazing. Also the show of Christmas. The beach was amazing. The food was great customer service, top-tier bar area, clean and nice people, especially Jacqueline very friendly. Great resort I will come back.

One of the best experiences
The hotel and services are great. All the personal is very gentil and attentive. All four restaurants have delicious food and you can experience and taste different dishes from Mexico and other places. Moreover, you’ll never get bored, there are always fun activities throughout all the day! Overall I fully recommend spend your vacations here!!

We had an amazing time! Specifically, Carlos, Jesus, Filberto, Oscar, Adrian, Jorge, Orisel, and Monse were the best!!! The views were amazing and the drinks were good too. I would definitely go back, my favorite part was spending time on the roof!
