We had the most wonderful vacation here. The resort was gorgeous, the amenities were excellent and the service was outstanding thanks to Omar Borjas. He made our stay wonderful and we plan on going back to the resort because of him. He was so kind, professional and friendly and has outstanding customer service skills. The restaurants were delicious, the buffet food was great as well and had a large selection to choose from. The rooms were beautiful. Everything was perfect.

A wonderful experience with Le Petit Chef. Our chef Esmeralda was so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the virtual reality touch was so fun. Would definitely recommend this experience to any one visiting Grand Palladium in the future.

Awesome Resort
My wife and I had a great time at the Grand Palladium TRS Coral resort. We ate at several of the other dinner restaurants and loved them all. I met no one that did not greet us with a smile and a hello. The staff is awesome and is attentive. You will love this resort.

Trajinera is amazing!
I loved the trajinera experience with Jesus and Jean. They were amazing! Learned about some Mexican culture, ate great food and the band was the best. Highly recommend especially for couples! We were lucky to be the only people on the boat and had a private romantic experience.
