No service, awful for vegetarians, no hot water!
Probably the worst 5 star I’ve ever been to. The service is dreadful - check in took an hour!! Unless the bar tender sees a dollar in your hand they’ll just have a moody face on. We had no hot water for 8 days despite complaining all week. The food at the buffet is the same everyday! And the al la carte restaurants were awful - especially the Mexican (salad bar was nice but the actual menu awful) and Chinese was terrible. Vegetarians do not go here - they use the same utensils for all the meat. They cook the same food like eggs on top of other people’s bacon. Food is not labeled so those that were vegetarian had to keep asking if it was vegetarian. Most 5 stars would have a separate wok or clean as they go. They should have separate section in my opinion like other places. The rooms barely get cleaned properly.

Rooms need some work villa in back pool are bad and not fit
All four room to our group was all problems air conditioning not working 3 out four rooms fridge not working water coming in room by window shower tap leaking all over place electrical panel pulled out wall safe was not even bolted to cabinets you could walk outside with it thermostat not responding to degrees requested and bed bugs in one room….I got to stop here all restaurant were good staff good but rooms in back where villa are could be the worst I saw in 20 years with over 30 trips in carabian for same pricing level rooms in block 2000 3000 4000 ok

My birthday week was excellent while staying at the Punta Cana Grand Palladium resort. Maritza PLC: our concierge, was great, she became my other sister. She was so attentive to us. I wish I could bring her back with me. Our driver Christopher was great. He became our cousin. My 50th birthday was amazing with full of surprises, a memorable vacation. Loved it and planning on going back.

At GP resort you’re treated like family
We had a wonderful time at the resort. Our concierge, Maritza PTC, was very attentive and always made sure our needs were met. Overall, the personnel including the transporter, Christopher, provided great customer service. The resort is going through renovations and we can’t wait to return in December when the new Bavaro side will reopen. The Zentopia spa is a must for anyone practicing daily wellness.
