Would not recommend. Little to no amenities, organization of staff was subpar, did not receive everything we should have had in our room, etc.

The hotel is super nice and there so so much good entertainment. Dermonique and the other entertainment staff always has something fun to do. That serving staff at the negril was very nice and helpful. Overall amazing resort I would recommend.

The hotel is better then most in the area. Accommodations were fine. The staff are nice, but they are not kind. They do their job and that's about it. I had a good time, but careful with the parties. A group of drunk guest got into a fight, there were teenagers around appearing scared. The guest broke up the fight, while the staff did not get involved. They actually looked like they ran for cover. There was no security. The guest should have gotten kicked off the resort for that mess. Overall, it's a pretty good spot, the food was good, the pool is relaxing, and you get to see WWE matches for free.

Exceptional service
The service was excellent. Daniel Stewart was our server and he was great, very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed! Even our baby loved waving at him and interacting with him. Great food and great experience overall

Signature level
The signature bar is so wonderful. Carl-Micheal was a fun bartender and knew our orders by the end of the week. Answered all questions Would recommend this place to people the signature level is worth it for the bar, private beach and pool. Food is plenty not great but had plenty to choose from
