Worst all inclusive resort I ever been

Worst experience ever in all inclusive hotels.start with food: first time ever I stay in lane to get to buffet.after you get in you finally untested it nothing really to it because some shelves basically empty .second things it is restaurant .you can not book any redtorant more then two days in advance.to book restaurant you should be at lobby around 8 am every morning.even you book it it really nothing to it.also room service take forever.i have two days when my room was not cleaned at all .no entertainment by pool and beaches.if you have kids you have nothing to do in the pools.main pool so deep it even hard to swim for adults .bars so overfill so you need to stay in lane all the time.so if you want to spend money and ge nothing it is your place.worst resort I ever been

Good stay with a couple minor inconveniences

Family had a good visit, food was good(for Buffett and a la cart), clean grounds. Would return again. Nice walk ways through forest. Had some issues getting bedding for a child that got sick and needed new bedding took multiple request/trips to front desk to resolve. Some days no towels or drinks restocked in room.

Beautiful resort with a poor customer service.

I tried to find a resort that my 7 y.o. kid would enjoy. The resort was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed seeing iguanas, capybaras, flamingos, coatis. We were lucky to see spider monkeys on our last day of stay. We loved the pool but we were able to get a drink from the pool bar only once. There were crowds of drunk people and the loudest of them were served first. A couple of times my daughter insisted on waiting for a drink. We waited …. waited… and then swam away with nothing. The beach had only one section that was swimmable and it was shallow. My daughter was disappointed with the kids club. There was just one room with TVs and some toys. So she didn’t want to stay there. Many resorts in Mexico have kids clubs with 2 story playgrounds and snack bars . This kids club is certainly outdated. There are kids' dance parties and shows at 8 p.m. Don’t miss it. Kids really enjoy it. Breakfast with Raggs was so much fun. The Characters come to each table. You can take pictures with them and dance with them after breakfast. But it is only once a week so I would recommend registering for this event as soon as you arrive. Customer service is the reason why we are not coming back. Mini fridge was never restocked. Luckily we brought our reusable bottles from home. So we had to go to the bar and stay in line just to fill our bottles with water. We complained once to the concierge and then mini fridge was restocked. And it was never restocked after that. So I guess you have to complain every day in order for the mini fridge to be restocked. Waiting in line to be sited for breakfast, lunch and dinner is something we never experienced before in all inclusive resorts. Some mornings no one came at breakfast time to offer a coffee. I had to walk around and look for a waiter. Travel club. The resort employer at the beach offered us a tour of a family selection and to show us what the resort has to offer to their VIP guests. So we met the next morning. They showed us one fancy room. After that the guy brought us to the office where we had a 1 hour presentation and at the end of the presentation they wanted us to pay $29000 towards our future trips to Grand Palladium resorts. Like… are you serious? We still enjoyed our stay but we are going back to Iberostar where customer service was excellent.
