    Could not get into the restaurants when we wanted to and they would not try to accommodate me us at all

    Deluxe Mini Club Team

    I am so happy and thankful with all the Mini Club Team members: Tashae ,kenicia , shaquana, shantay and Krysan. They were the best and made us feel at home!!! My girls loved the activities and the way they take care of them. Thanks once again...

    Never again

    We were mis-sold a very expensive holiday here in Jamaica. We are form the UK and it is a long way to fly and a lot of money for what turned out to be an endurance test. The food was appalling. We weren't allowed to use the facilities that had suddenly become Signature Level only after we booked and feel we should have been compensated for the changes or given an opportunity to cancel and choose another hotel on the island. We felt the food was cheap and minimal. Would never return and will never use a Grand Palladium hotel again. Very disappointed.

    Relaxing stay

    Vernette, house keeping, lovely and very helpful. Fantastic,large,spacious, comfortable room. Loved eating out at all the different restaurants.
