    Relaxing family vacation

    This was our fourth time at this resort. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very good, clean and modern. We enjoyed the food at the buffets, the Mexican restaurant (laAdelita) is our favourite of the a la cart restaurants. We enjoyed the beach, it is more quiet there than the pool area. The spa is very nice, although pricey. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We took an excursion to swim with dolphins, that was fabulous.

    The Palladium Rock Star

    All of the services here at the Grand Palladium but especially the bartenders are amazing! Specialty drinks that you can’t get anywhere else are here! All of the drinks are well made and the bartending and wait staff are so attentive and always make your experience !

    Week stay for sons wedding

    Overall the resort is mediocre. Food is nothing spectacular, staff is for the most part friendly, pool is cold, they charge for room service, each day our room was cleaned a little less and not fully stocked with towels or drinks. Also it’s only beer, pop and water in refrigerator no snacks. We made the best of our time there. Just don’t think it would be somewhere we would stay again.
