Osiris at the restaurant Sumptuori was exceptional! Very attentive to our needs and a very pleasant gentleman. The food was delicious - the sushi was mouth-watering and the desserts were excellent. I would highly recommend anybody staying here to patron this establishment.

Wonderful time
Overall we enjoyed our time at this resort with our two year old. Great family-friendly resort and vacation! Weather wasn’t the best, and wish there was a hot tub in the main side. Sumptuory was our favourite restaurant, and we had fantastic service by Osiris- thank you!

Excellent resort.
Great Hotel, you can't ask for more. Very polite, friendly and professional stuff. Extremely clean and organized resort. There are every kind of shows and activities for all ages. Clean beach with white sands. Excellent pools. Special thanks to Osiris Hernandez. Highly recommend.

Unless you upgrade there is only 1 pool to use which is very noisy and full of kids.The food in the Isla Blanca buffet restaurant was ok but seems to be the same food every night. Couldn't fault the service especially from Fredy and Diago. The Italian restaurant was excellent, went 3 times. Overall it was geared for the Americans and weddings. The little trains used to get round the hotel were brilliant and the drivers always helpful and cheerful. The room we had over looking the pool was excellent and the mini bar was restocked daily without asking. The hotel is amazing but we wished we had gone back to the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya.

Great restaurant
Great survice great food we really enjoyed the churros and the service from Osiris was the best. Attended to every need and recommended many delicious dishes. Would definitely come back! Drinks were also really good and strong and waiters were very attentive.
