Catastrophic Adelita Restaurant. Magaly zero.
Catastrophic Adelita restaurant !! The waitress speaks neither Spanish nor English. We wait 40 minutes before she takes the order. The main dish arrives cold and dry. The waitress is mistaken on the fajitas by bringing a beef and a chicken instead of two chickens. The waitress is wrong on the ice by bringing vanilla instead of chocolate. Magaly is the worst waitress instead of apologizing on these four mistakes, she gets angry!

Outdated
There are four resorts on the property: TSR (adults only), The Bavaro, The Punta Cana, and The Palace. We only came to The Bavaro because we were told it had just been renovated. However, that was not the case. The Bavaro side will be shut down on April 1, 2025 to be renovated. The others had been renovated years ago. The only positive about the resort is the customer service is great. Andres at check in is awesome, William at El Dorado and Behique was the best waiter, and Juan Carlos was the best transportation specialist; person taking you from place to place.

Visit without the membership,it is a financial trap
Have gone annually since 12/2018. This trip was different. Shortly after I signed the contract with the Travel Club. I suffered food poisoning. The resort left me in the room after I told them I was extremely ill. After explaining my experience We (Palladium-Travel Club and I) agreed to cancel the contract, the said they would cancel to later recant. I am stuck with a bill of $4294.00

Lovely hotel but has drawbwcks
We have travelled to over forty 4 or 5 star all inclusive and I would put this hotel in the top 10 . It's all been said before the grounds are stunning , beach amazing , rooms perfect and ala carte restaurants and the food excellent and with 5 swimming pools you can always be in a different location. The transport service to get you around is faultless but it has drawbacks and should be considered (easily fixable by the hotel ) . Firstly no management of the towels , if I wanted 20 towels to put on beds all around the hotel I could do beds get left all day with towels being their only occupant . Simple to fix just issue a towel card .... The food in the buffet is good but it doesn't change and because their each waiter is serving 15 to 20 tables to get a drink is near impossible . This doesn't happen at the 2 lunch beach buffet and the food is much better at lunch time . The ala carte are brilliant each waiter does 5-10 tables so service is impeccable . We spent all of our evenings in the ala carte after 2 nights of disaster in the buffet . Use the app and easy to book Favourite the Argentinian and the Spanish and Chinese . Really good .The entertainment runs on a 7 day cycle why with all the hotels around and the availability of acts don't do a 14 cycle . The entertainment is poor , the tribute to queen was beyond awful . One guy with a snare drum and bass drum, no bass and a guitar not plugged in then 3 singers who sounded nothing like Freddie mercury using taped music . Pathetic . The rock show wasnt much better as all taped music again , think the highlight was giving out the balloons lollipops and et on a bicycle . The white party and uv party was for the young crowd, I think 50% over 50 so not really for them. So overall a good hotel and would come again after I see changes on trip advisor . If you look at the management responses over the past 6 months it clearly says that Mr Jimenez takes all the feedback and works on it to improve but clearly NO CHANGE , just nice words . Mr Jimenez please put your own review on trip advisor of what you have actually changed over the past 6 months . I think it will be zero
