Amazing Food!
The food and drinks were amazing! The service was great. The pig dish was the best thing we have ever tried. Totally, recommend this place! Try to book right when you get the chance. Staff is awesome and took care of us well. Try the sangria it’s so sweet!

New Years 2025 Stay
Location was beautiful. restaurants (if you could get in), bar and bell boy services was phenomenal. Rooms were okay unfortunately got a bad room to start and guest services was very reluctant on moving rooms or being accommodating in the situation. Room service never showed up and phone 20 minutes after it was supposed to be there and was told another 45 minutes so canceled. Buffet food was good just very unorganized and not labeled.

The good the bad the ugly
The good: staff was amazing, super helpful going out of their way to help with any request. The beach experience was great as were the sports facilities, from the Gym to the massive outdoor sports area with basketball courts, soccer field, table tennis, pickleball, archery, mini-golf, etc... it's amazing if you have teens that want to keep busy and don't love the beach The bad; the food was underwhelming, the buffets should be avoided, the line-ups were never ending, the a-la-carte restaurants were "ok" at best. The Eldorado restaurant was by far the best of them all. The rooms and the general gorunds of the hotel especially going from one resort to the other...not very easy to navigate with. The ugly: the rooms once again as well as the giant roaches that we had to share the rooms with. I understand roaches are a reality in most warm tropical areas in the world, but our complex was fumigated on our 4th day and like clockwork, the 5th and 6th day, there were giant roaches coming out of our drains. Wait until guests leave, and then fumigate

Book with low expectations
Food was the best it has going. Very dated and under staffed. Prepare to wait for your dinner reservations, shuttles, drinks at the bar.
