    Meh experience

I would rate this hotel extremely favorable for location and aesthetics. I would rate it very poor for food and service within the hotel (except the valet team). I'm sure people like it for golf but that would probably be it. Pools were good but not great, really driven by the food and the service.

Excellent Resort, Amazing Pool, Super Great Staff...NO DR. PEPPER!!!

Great resort for a conference, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with a great pool and an unbelievable view and it is close to 5-star restaurants and incredible shopping in Olde Town Scottsdale...Just bring your own Dr. Pepper!!!

Springtime in the desert doesn't get any better.

Hotel lobby and bar were beautiful and very inviting, especially when all of the glass doors were opened leaving you with a lovely indoor/outdoor feel experience. The room, unfortunately, was located just above the valet station so it was a bit noisy. However, it was very clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and the staff was always spot-on!

    Superb Family Friendly Stay

We came to GHS after seeing so many rave reviews about the remodel. Besides going to spring training game, we barely left the resort (stayed 3 nights). It was INCREDIBLY family friendly and well programmed to entertain. We loved it and are so glad we came!

pools were great, that's all i could say.

As a Globalist, my stay at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale ranks among my worst experiences within the Grand Hyatt brand. I have no intention of returning—Grand Hyatt Indian Wells, a comparable resort, is a far better option. The staff here seemed indifferent to my Globalist status, displaying a surprising ignorance about accommodating guest needs. For fellow Globalists considering a stay, I strongly recommend opting for breakfast at the restaurant over club access (yes, they make you choose one or the other). The club’s food was some of the worst I’ve encountered—barely edible and a major letdown. To make matters worse, the front desk was unhelpful and downright stingy when I requested a late checkout, showing little interest in assisting. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. The only upside about this hotel is their pools, water slide and a rock climbing experience.
