Feb 03, 2025Relaxing Retreat with Luxurious Touches
My recent stay at the Hilton Puerto Vallarta All-Inclusive Resort was largely phenomenal, packed with the kind of perks that make all-inclusive resorts so appealing. From the included room service and minibar to the delectable dining options, there’s a lot to love about this place. First off, the room was a dream—sprawling, beautifully furnished, and featuring one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Waking up in such comfort was a highlight, and the ability to pre-order breakfast the night before was an exceptionally convenient touch that made mornings utterly delightful. The food across the various on-site restaurants was consistently great, with each meal leaving me more impressed than the last. However, navigating the reservation system for dining did put a slight damper on the experience. As a solo traveler, securing a reservation proved unnecessarily tricky. The restaurants require reservations to be made post-check-in, but with check-in at 4 PM and reservations closing at 5:30 PM, this window was frustratingly narrow. Additionally, the restaurants often appeared underbooked, with many empty tables despite claims of being fully reserved for the evening. This aspect felt a bit too contrived and less welcoming than expected. Despite these booking quirks, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff was generally helpful, the amenities were top-notch, and the all-inclusive aspect truly allows you to unwind without a care. I would absolutely return to the Hilton Puerto Vallarta for another stay, armed with the know-how to navigate the dinner reservations better next time. For anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway, this resort definitely fits the bill—just book those dinners early!

First all-inclusive, and don’t need to try any others!
My husband and I came here in January for 11 wonderful and relaxing days. We brought our 8 and 12-year-old children with us, and we all had a lot of fun. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the beautiful lobby and amazing staff. They answered all of our questions, welcomed us warmly, and helped us to our room quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and cool and had a well-stocked minibar. The AC worked perfectly when we wanted the sliding doors closed, and the wind and waves soothed us when we wanted the sliding doors open. On top of all of this was the view. The view was stunning, with beautiful sunsets, whales, and a great view for the nightly shows (should we not want to head down to watch it more closely). The food was great, but the dining staff made the experience memorable. Norma greeted us each day by name, made us feel special, and remembered all of our unique orders and requests. Norma, Medardo, and Isela made us feel like celebrities. The kids club was a favourite part for the kids, and the staff there filled their days with smiles. Yareli, Fatima, Mari, and Gali made each day an adventure and left our children with joy, crafts, and stories to tell. Lastly, the activities made the vacation a non-stop party (when we wanted it to be). By day, Saul, Max, and Hugo made lounging at the pool a party by driving activities like beading, bracelet making, pool activities, and more. By night, Saul was an amazing MC for the nightly shows. All in all, the vacation was a fun, fantastic, and relaxing time. We will 100% be back next year.

Love the view and the comfortable rooms. Be sure to stay in the tower where you can go to the private enclave on the top floor. . They serve a delicious breakfast while you are watching the whales pop. Jonaton was our wonderful server each morning and gave us vip service. They also have a happy hour too. We are here on a business trip with 500 customers. Before you book Be sure to ask the hotel if there are large groups staying there. It might change the vibe.

Amazing!
The hotel was nice. The view was Amazing from our room. We were serenaded at sunset by Mariachi our first night! The pool and the beach was perfect. The servers all did an amazing job. Ricardo, Luis, Jose, and Ever at Restaurant Vela were amazing every morning for our breakfast. Couldn’t ask for a better time!

A Great Hilton Gem in Puerto Vallarta!!
What a great place!! Great food/restaurants to choose from, beach and pool areas are plenty, attentive staff, clean rooms, and all around fantastic place! Wasn't sure about yhe "all-inclusive", not being one to go that route, but was VERY pleasantly surprised by the fineness of the food! Don't hesitate to go!
