Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
The hotel requires a $150.00 guarantee deposit per night on a current credit card, if paying in cash there will be a $600 refundable deposit required. If cash or debit card are the form of guarantee the refund will be sent by check within 7 business days. (Price is subject to change without notice)
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort Fee - A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.
The Amenity Fee includes:
• Unlimited wireless internet access in guestrooms, lobby and pools.
• Gym access, including daily fitness classes for all registered guests. Daily poolside circuit training from 6:30-9am as well as Sunrise Yoga on Saturday & Sunday (weather permitting) are included.
• Complimentary non-motorized water sport usage, including kayaks and paddleboards (up to 30 minutes per person, per day). Additionally, enjoy one complimentary banana boat ride per day for all registered guests.
• 2-hours of complimentary Fontainebleau Bicycle usage, per guest, per day. Bicycles are located on the Sea Green lawn alongside the beach path.
• Local and toll-free numbered calls.
• Beach lounge chair for all registered guests in party.
• Access to the Refresh Lounge to freshen up pre or post travel.
• Daily newspaper (available at Front Desk)

Our stay has been fabulous! Everyone on property has been kind, polite, and professional. We have enjoyed every single second. A special shout out to English, the hardest worker in the beautiful pool area. English catered to our every need. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. On a cool, crisp morning, English brought me an extra towel to stay warm. Each day he greeted us with smiles and friendly wishes for the best possible experience. One morning, we were unable to get chairs in his section, he came over and introduced us to Guy. Guy was wonderful and helpful too. FB is lucky to have them both. Thanks again for everything. We haven’t even left yet and I already want to come back!!!

Fontainebleau Beach
The staff has been amazing, so attentive and engaging. We had Gianni and Pedro setting up our chairs, all day they were very helpful and sweet. Our wait staff was Alberto and David also very attentive and sweet! Would recommend anyone and everyone to check out the Fontainebleau beach even just for day passes!

I wish I had read recent reviews about this property before booking. I will never stay at this horrible property again. Waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for the elevator to our room is absolutely shocking. Two elevators for over 30 floors, and no working service elevator is a joke. We requested to move towers and they would not accommodate us. Apparently the elevators have not been working for over a year. The front desk is a revolving door of hotel guests complaining about the elevator. The customer service could not be worse. If you want your luggage delivered to your room or even daily housekeeping forget about it. I will make sure to tell anyone I know never to stay here. If I could give negative stars, I would. Disaster.

Spencer is amazing!
Spencer was incredible! His service was top tier, so friendly and always checking in on us! He recommended us some great menu options and was an absolute joy to be around! The beach chairs were awesome as well and we got to enjoy the ocean view and perfect weather

Horribly overpriced and deficient.
This hotel is overpriced by far, lacks basic amenities, has a deafening bar which not only damages your hearing, but makes conversations nearly impossible. No coffee in the rooms. No bath robes in the room. A 20% service charge on everything, which the staff does NOT receive. I have traveled worldwide, stayed in many luxury hotels, and will NEVER return here again.
