ANOTHER YEAR AND A GREAT HOLIDAY - AS USUAL!
Mid December 2024 - beginning of January 2025 was spent with the family at the Tresor building of the Fontainebleau Hotel. As usual the 4 apartments we rented had all of the working amenities, and were clean and comfortable. The elevators still have to be repaired/replaced (wait time was long at peak times of the day). The beach and the attendants were GREAT again this year - all new chairs and umbrellas. The attendants were the BEST! A special "shout out" to Beach Operations Manager Jaylen Lopez - his organization skills, and attendants were right on target. Special kudos to Yveterson Meide, who had all of our chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc set up each morning waiting for the - up to 9 family members - to come to the beach for a great day. He checked on us regularly to adjust umbrellas and tend to our needs. If he was not available, along came Bernard Julien to also take care of us regularly. Thank You for making our stay so pleasant! Hope to see you next year again!

Gianni was the best
Gianni was the best! He was very helpful and kind. He asked what our plans were and even gave us recommendations. He was super professional and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. He moved quickly to get our chairs set up to perfection.

Great Beach Day!
Gianni was super helpful and made our day at the beach awesome. We had never been to this hotel before but the pool and the beach were amazing. We didn’t get food or drinks as we were hungover but enjoyed a relaxing day at the beach. Thanks for everything Gianni!
