Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
The hotel requires a $150.00 guarantee deposit per night on a current credit card, if paying in cash there will be a $600 refundable deposit required. If cash or debit card are the form of guarantee the refund will be sent by check within 7 business days. (Price is subject to change without notice)
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort Fee - A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.
The Amenity Fee includes:
• Unlimited wireless internet access in guestrooms, lobby and pools.
• Gym access, including daily fitness classes for all registered guests. Daily poolside circuit training from 6:30-9am as well as Sunrise Yoga on Saturday & Sunday (weather permitting) are included.
• Complimentary non-motorized water sport usage, including kayaks and paddleboards (up to 30 minutes per person, per day). Additionally, enjoy one complimentary banana boat ride per day for all registered guests.
• 2-hours of complimentary Fontainebleau Bicycle usage, per guest, per day. Bicycles are located on the Sea Green lawn alongside the beach path.
• Local and toll-free numbered calls.
• Beach lounge chair for all registered guests in party.
• Access to the Refresh Lounge to freshen up pre or post travel.
• Daily newspaper (available at Front Desk)

Nov 18, 2024Poor. We checked out within 12 hours
This is NOT a 5 star resort !!! Within 2 hours of checking in we were booking a room at Aqualina in Sunny Isles ( 22 min. away). Fountainbleu is a tired, ill-kept, unimpressive, dirty, loud, ugly resort. Please do yourself a favor and go up the road to Aqualina. We literally forfeited our stay at FB and checked into Aqualina the next morning by 10 am to complete our vacation.If FB is a 5 star resort then Aqualina is a 50. The service, beauty, atmosphere, beach, cleanliness and overall vibe at Aqualina is simply unmatched. They are impeccable . Fountainbleu is NONE of these things.

This hotel has a lot going for it. It is kept spotlessly clean. The pools are plentiful, and you can't beat the view of the Atlantic Ocean. We spent most of our time by the pool. Shout out to Benjamin, he was so on top of our sun bed, towels and our needs. He was also very entertaining and informative. When he was off, we had English, Leo and Gianpiero. They also were terrific. I would give them all an A plus. The entire pool staff were great. The beach was very accessible and had plenty of chairs and beds. Coming from New Jersey I can tell you the ocean water was warm. The restaurants are varied and are all good. Very pricy and every tab had an 15% facility fee added. If you are going for a quiet time this is not your place. There are many conferences going on all of the time. Weekdays are mostly quiet and relaxing. Once the weekend starts they fill up with many younger people and the music becomes very loud. Luckily, nothing after 8:00P.M. The bellman are great so are the people in admissions. Basically, great staff. Would We go again? Yes but We will have to save up first.

Overall excellent experience, however the highlight was the food and beverage service we received from Elizabeth on the beach. She took an already outstanding experience and made it feel like a home. Cheers. The entire staff has been extremely hospitable, I highly recommend this location.

Unfortunate hotel choice and mistaken expectations
This is my first time at this property so I don't know if it is a typical large convention hotel. I had called the hotel to find out if my room would be ready around 1 pm and I was told it will be so I can check-in. However, I arrived to a very chaotic lobby and long check-in queue only to find out the room was not ready. The lovely front desk clerk was apologetic and seeing the crowd she had to deal with, I can understand. I waited a couple of hours for the room to be ready. The amazingly wonderful surprise was that I opened the door to find I was upgraded to a luxurious corner ocean view suite. I was so appreciative because I was able to spend more time in the room, a peaceful respite from the rest of hotel that was loud and crowded. The beach area was also very nice; luckily the club music from the pool area did not reach the beach. It did take a while to flag down food/bev service but everything was delivered promptly. All in all, I don't know that I would stay here again if there's a chance I would encounter the convention crowds. I had hoped for a peaceful retreat and I was sorely mistaken. On top of that, everywhere I looked, many of the hotel staff looked stressed which didn't leave a good impression - I felt stressed for them! But if you are looking for a Miami Beach party scene, this is your place.

Fontain Bleu
Marvell helped us getting setup on the beach in front of the resort. He was super helpful and the resort overall was everything we expected it to be. Plenty of amenities and restaurants to choose from. It is very centrally located and the views are to die for
