30 minute elevator waits and no cookware in unit
This was one of the worst places that I've ever stayed. We booked a unit with a full kitchen for 8 nights but they only provided a skillet, strainer, and a few utensils. After 2 days trying to work with the building, we ordered a pot, knives, and other cookware that we needed to stay for over a week.
There was a warning about the elevators but it could not have prepared us for how bad they were. For our entire stay they were malfunctioning, causing 10-30 minute waits. We were on the 30th floor so there wasn't another option.
We will never be returning to this resort which was too bad because the unit was otherwise cute, the beach and pools nice.

Perfect spring escape.
Exceptional hotel. Great beach service and pool had a great vibe as well. Jordan on beach was the best! He made our trip so fun and relaxing. Steak restaurant (our awesome server Carlos) was delicious and had a great vibe. Alex and Anna at the pool restaurant were wonderful. Definitely will be back.

The pool staff were amazing! English and Guy were the best pool attendants we have ever had at any vacation. They were attentive, friendly, helpful all around great humans. They both made sure our daybeds were set up with towels waters and anything els that was needed to make the day at Fontainbleau amazing! Thanks for the great time…we will be back for sure!

The pool staff was great! English and Guy were phenomenal! They were friendly, attentive, helpful, and all around amazing! They were awesome! We were in a daybed our whole vacation and they were great with setting up towels, waters, and any other needs that we needed.

Gianni was extremely welcoming and helpful. Made our experience extremely pleasant. Thomas was our server he was great and attentive as well. Definitely recommend coming here. Staff was great and service was great as well.
